    Very efficient and fast moving, they took care of everything that I thought I was going to have to stress about. I truly appreciate all representatives involved from the towing technician to the phone operator. Great service

    Second Chance was dispatched by AAA- my car would not start. ***** from Second Chance was dispatched. Tried to jump my battery- no luck. Had to request a second work order from *** for a *** ***** suggested to ask for him- I did back in 15 minutes. ***** is a real champ. Polite, knowledgeable and going to great lengths to help me. Car problems are very upsetting. ***** gave me information about a possible problem- made me feel very at ease. Would highly recommend and will ask for them if in need of assistance. *****!!

    2nd Chance Towing is "Top Notch!"I broke down and needed towed to a repair shop. 2nd Chance Towing showed up without a very long wait at all. Not only did they tow the vehicle to the repair shop but another of their employees offered to give my sister and I a ride back home to **********. As we both are disabled this was an awesome blessing. I broke down again yesterday and used 2nd Chance again. My wait time for the tow truck was minimal! **************** even sent a link where I could pay right from my phone so I could have my daughter take me home with groceries! I will definitely continue to use 2nd Chance and refer them to family and friends.

    ***** was a magnificent driver. He was courteous, attentive and didn't make me feel unknowledgeable. He showed me or explained everything he was doing even though the weather was 32 degrees. Fast service also. Highly recommend again.

    I have used 2nd Chance Towing quite a few times needed tows. There drivers are absolutely amazing they handle your car with care. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone looking for a tow,lockout services, jump-start services, fuel deliveries, tire changes. ***** ******* always takes the time to answer any questions I may have and provides me with all the options available. 2nd Chance Towing is fantastic great services and great prices they are my go to anytime I need a tow service!!!
