Our Return Policy: Once you order the service there is no cancellations or refunds typically in most cases unless otherwise stated by management. After payment is received, processed & banked it is then considered a non-refundable reservation for the tow truck, equipment & operator (driver). Cancellation fees are charged in the amount of 50% of what was originally quoted during the scheduling process. All sales are final. We will send you a copy of your invoice & receipt for reimbursement from you insurance.
If you or your vehicle ends up not needing our services please call our 24/7 dispatch line ASAP! Cancel the service call as soon as possible. The faster you cancel the more lenient management may be with the cancellation policy-fee. So if need be PLEASE cancel by one of the following means ASAP:
