      Purchase date 08/29/24. Price $63,142.00. Coverage 100% bumper to bumper warranty for one full year, with extended warranties up to five years. We have had powere/converter problems, heating issues, solar issues, AC's not working properly, refrigerators not working now. We had not used the AC's since delivery of the 5th wheel on 09/26/24 until it warmed in May 2025. Two AC's, one in main area and one in nose. Neither are working properly. We notified ******* RV ARV) in *******, ** (where we purchased) and they said we could pay for someone to come out and look at it. We agreed but no one was sent. On May 27, 2025, I sent several pictures of the model information to ARV after multiple calls for someone to come. On June 9, 2025, they requested more pictures. On June 20, 2025, the refrigerator quit working. It would warm up to as much as 110 F inside. The nose of the rig was intollerable for sleep, so I moved into another camper. Most food lost, moved to mini fridge (pull out BBQ area). That has also since quit working, losing all that food as well. At this point both AC's do not work properly, the main refrigerator inside does not work on either side (side-by-side fridge/freezer), and the mini fridge outside does not work. We continued to call ARV and even stopped by and issued a check directly on June 26, 2025 for $150 for someone to come out and take a look and order the parts for repair or replacement. I continued to call and try to get resolution. On July 9, 2025, I received a call from ARV saying they were not going to send anyone and that we needed to figure it out. A couple phone #'s provided for traveling repair. On 07/08/25 I called the Forest River ************ I was sent to a voicemail and left and detailed message with phone number. No return call. My mother also called and left a message, no return call. I called again and left another message, pleading for help, no return call. We are 62 and 84 yrs old. Please help.

      April ******* was around the day we bought our new forest river Cherokee Wolf Den. We got it home and the ** wouldn't work. Some one came out switched the thermostat on the wall still nothing. A week later we had to call and theu said hook it up to your phone. Worked great but still freezes.We have over about 25 warranty claimes in right now for our door that we had to kick open bc my husband was stuck for over 30 minutes trying to get out. We have water damage around our sink bc it wasn't sealed the right way. We are still waiting on word from that. The seal in the bathroom wasn't done right and have water damage there. We can't open our windows bc the screens are to big and you can stick your hand through it so bugs get in. The bathroom shower had to be revealed bc water got behind that. We can't open our emergency windows to get out if something happens without breaking something. The slide out was not installed correctly and missing something that goes over the seal. The seals need to be redone in 23 spots as there is spots that are not sealed right or just missing. The trim in some parts are falling off. The fridge won't latch and neither will the freezer. One of the stabilizers for the camper was installed with a wrong part and broke and had to get an new one. There is screws on the outside of the camper that are not screwed into anything just hanging on by silicone. We have called over 25 times give or take. We have dates and recordings of all calls we have made. The warranty department lied to me(I have that on recording as well) they stated they have not authorized any work to our camper yet but when I talk to the manager of that department she backtracked that after her employee told me she was not available. I have reached out to ****************** and have left a message over a month ago I have that recording as well and still not had a phone call back. We called 17 times on 6-26-25 and still haven't had a call back. The repair tec has been out 4 times.

      ****** purchased July 2024 with a 1 year warranty. We created a list of known issues and turned them all into the dealer with the trailer in March 2025. The biggest concern was that I found that the right rear u-bolt of the axle had contacted the frame of the trailer and dented it. I took some measurements and found that the right rear was nearly 1" lower than all 3 other spring locations. A work order was submitted to forest river by our dealer twice, stating that the spring was weak and they recommended replacing axles and springs. Their fear was that the axles integrity could have been compromised by the contact made with the frame. Forest river denied all claims despite nearly 4 discussions with them. I was told "it'll be fine, that happens sometimes". I raised concern about the integrity of the u bolts being compromised from Impact. U-bolt failure would mean the axle would fall off while driving, we didn't feel safe hauling our 3 young children in our truck like this. As an engineer I am taught that there are often signs of fatigue before catastrophic failure, the weak spring is this sign of fatigue. On top of this, I asked Forest river if I could out of pocket pay for the parts and have my authorized dealer install a factory replacement spring. I was told absolutely not, and that doing so would void the warranty despite using their dealer and their parts. Does right to repair not apply here? We have a $30k rv that we don't feel safe using, over a $50 part. Risking children's lives over a spring, which I even offered to pay for. Also, the rv comes factory equipped with a backup camera. The range was too short so you wouldnt get signal in the vehicle, during our warranty visit they replaced it with the same model and now it won't connect at all. Again, another safety feature that does not work. Pictures of the frame are available but they're too large to upload.

      We will have to respectfully keep the claim denied.
      This was sent to the vendor of the axles. There is still curvature in the leaf springs therefore they are not flat.
      The dent that they are seeing in the frame from the U-bolts happens when they have a heavier load in the unit or hit a pot hole fairly hard.

      Their concern has been documented in their file if further issues were to occur.

      We purchased a brand new 2022 Forest River Salem Cruise lite travel trailer and since the first time we pushed out the slide it has always fallen off even after repair under warranty. we are still in the same boat and ******* river is trying to blame ********* device and ******* is blaming forest river. at this time the entire slide is broken bent and the mechanism needs to once again be replaced. Forest river needs to rebuild the whole slide and replace the mechanism or refund us for the entire purchase price. This RV is a LEMON! I am notifying the state attorney general, congressmen and women of my state as well as the governor and my lawyer. This is unacceptable!

      Since purchase in 2022 we have had the same reoccurring problem with our slide and forest river has been blaming ******* on their device and now ******* is saying its a forest river problem.  since it is the same reoccuring problem it is covered under warranty.  we haven't gone without using the slide twice without it falling off and breaking and now our actual slide on the travel trailer is bent and damaged.  literally can't even get one full seasons use without if being a problem let alone a year without an issue.

      We purchased a 202;5 forest river wildwood 22 veranda 12/31/24 at camping world in ********, **. They agreed to store it until spring. We picked it up 5/3/2025. First weekend before even using it, we noticed water on the floor. Called camping world and notified them. Used it the following weekend and itt was raining. Water flowing in from the slider and water on the base of the windows and down the walls of the bedroom. Dropped it off at ************* in **************, because it was closer to us on 5/26/25. They did a seal test, which by the way wanted to charge us $190 to do and I refused to pay it! It is a brand new trailer. They did the seal test and advised that all but one of the windows has detrimental leaks. I have the emails to prove it. It is now 6/19 and they are stating that forest river and the window manufacturer are in a dispute because the window manufacturer said camping world didnt do the seal test correctly. Im getting the run around from camping world and forest river because everyone is passing the **** and in the meantime we have retired and booked and paid for an 8 week trip and have no rv!

      Purchased Forest River Salem April 2025.I have reached out to corporate with no response, warrant **** told me who to contact but no one will Come look because of how many issues there are. I am seeking a replacement RV because this one is not fixable.This is what I have sent to corporate along with photos. This RV is a safety issue at this point.I am writing to formally request your urgent attention and intervention regarding a Forest River RV that I recently purchased, which has presented multiple significant issues that go far beyond standard warranty concerns.Despite reaching out to a local dealership as **** said to go , they have declined to send a technician or service representative to inspect the trailer due to the extent and number of issues involved. These problems include electrical malfunctions, poor build quality, safety hazards, which collectively point to a serious lapse in quality control and workmanship during manufacturing.Given the nature and volume of these defects, I believe this situation warrants an on-site evaluation by a qualified Forest River representative. It is my hope that we can resolve this matter professionally and directly without further escalation. However, if I do not receive a timely and appropriate response, I will have no choice but to involve the State ************************ and explore legal remedies to address what appears to be a fundamental breach of product quality and consumer protection.I would greatly appreciate it if a representative could contact me within the next 7 business days to schedule an in-person review of the *** I am available any time and can provide photos, documentation, and a full list of the defects upon request.

      When we bought this motorhome we where told it had a 3 year drive train warranty from ****. We tried to use this warranty and was told by **** that we were the second owner and was not covered under that warranty. The dealer i bought it from also called **** and was told the same thing. Contacted forest river and was told it was not there problem for me to call ****. I guess after 6 emails telling them we had already done this,and they still refused to help.

      I purchased a 2023 Forest River Wildwood Heritage **** Travel Trailer from RV Country in ****, ** in 2023. On 4/10/25, I had a tire blowout on the travel trailer driver side which damaged the fender skirt the metal siding and a bracket. I received the part #'s required to replace the damaged parts. The part#'s are below. This parts were an approximate cost of $250 from a local RV dealer. Then I was told that the parts have to come from Forest River in ******* and that I would have to pay for the shipping of the parts. The shipping was estimated at ~$1000.00. I refused to pay $1000 in shipping for $250 worth of parts.       Forest River does ship parts to their dealers however we cannot control the timing of their unit purchases nor deliveries.The quote provided for freight was based off the dimensional sizes of the items needed - not a profit center nor mark ********* This simply cost quoted through LTL couriers. Forest River is willing to assist trying to coordinate with RV Country to unit load but cannot control the timing of shipment as this would need to be through dealership.

      Forest River issued a replacement ** under Californias Lemon Law but failed to properly register the unit, provide temporary tags, or include key features such as the exterior kitchen stove. The ** was delivered through a third-party location (** Ready) with no documentation or compliance support, leaving me unable to legally operate or transfer the vehicle. Attempts to resolve the issue have been met with delays, conflicting information, and deflection of responsibility between Forest River and ** ******** addition to correcting the registration and feature issues, I am requesting financial compensation for the time, stress, and additional costs Ive incurred as a result of Forest Rivers failure to properly deliver and support the replacement unit.Specifically: Fees Ive spent attempting to register the ** Time lost due to repeated follow-ups and miscommunication Cost of obtaining temporary legal advice and documentation The diminished value due to missing kitchen components I am requesting a monetary compensation of ****** or a fair equivalent, to be determined in good faith.

       I am rejecting this response because:Forest Rivers claim that they are trying to work with me is misleading and not supported by their actual communication.


      The last direct message I received was from a representative named ***** *******, whose tone was accusatory, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She falsely claimed that ****** was pursuing this matter as a way to get more money from Forest River an insulting assumption that has no basis in fact.


      She attempted to frame the Lemon Law exchange as a gesture of goodwill despite the legal process and paper trail that clearly classified this as a Lemon Law case under California law. Her message also misrepresented timelines and claimed Forest River did nothing wrong, while offering no real resolution or support.


      Despite our attempts to resolve the registration issue for the replacement unit which was never properly titled as required Forest River has not taken responsibility or followed through with any corrective action.


      I request that this complaint remain open and visible until Forest River provides actual resolution rather than deflection.

       I am rejecting this response because:
      I was provided a replacement RV by Forest River in a trade, and only afterward discovered it requires additional licensing to legally operatesomething that was never disclosed to me. On top of that, the replacement unit was delivered unregistered, and *** had to personally deal with the *** and resolve issues that should have been handled by Forest River.

      This entire process began over a year ago with the purchase of a fifth wheel that had ongoing issues, leading to this replacement. Even now, Im left dealing with the consequences of poor communication, lack of disclosure, and failure to follow through on proper registration.

      Ive spent significant time, energy, and money trying to fix what should have been handled from the start. I believe compensation is warranted, and I will not let this go until the situation is made right.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      Camping Worlds inspection makes it clear that there is no water damage caused by lack of sealing maintenance, as Forest River has repeatedly and wrongly claimed. The water damage is localized directly under the antenna, which failed due to poor installation or product defect, and subsequently allowed water intrusion through the roof.

      This is a manufacturing failure not a maintenance issue. The ** is under warranty, and there is no plausible excuse for this kind of defect in a new vehicle. I personally sealed the area to prevent further damage, yet water intrusion had already occurred due to your products failure.
