I have ordered several items from them and never recieved them. They were 3 months late and never gave an update as to why they were late. they simply gave me a store credit and do not allow me to pay for tax of shipping with the store credit. This is the exact response that the always give and then nothing is done about it. Several weeks goes by then they cancel and instead of a refund I get store credit which I have to pay taxes on and a rather high shippping charge. They are making money off this. My experience with Touch of Modern would be properly titled "Touch of Theft". The company promptly took my money for the item I ordered on 12/2/24. I paid $**. I have repeatedly contacted the company requesting an update for the item I paid for only to receive sporadic messages and constant replies of "We (Touch of Modern) do not know where your product is". I have filed a complaint, requested a refund of my money, and asked for a simple credit. This was over two months ago and I have received no solution. On November 13, 2024, I ordered 4 sets of Casamera towels. Each set was $89.99. The total (with shipping) for the 4 sets was $423.95. The towels were advertised on the Touch of Modern app. On the Touch of Modern app, the towels were advertised as "The Full Set," and were to include a washcloth, hand towel, and a bath towel. When the towels arrived on December 6, 2024, they included a hand towel, bath towel, and a bath sheet. No washcloth was included in the set. After the towels arrived, I did research on the brand. ******** does not produce a washcloth. I would not have ordered these towels if they were advertised correctly. I would not have ordered a set with a bath sheet, or a set without a washcloth. I contacted Touch of Modern on December 6, to complain of the false advertising and to request to return the 4 sets and to receive a full refund to my original form of payment. After multiple emails, including sending photos of the towels, Touch of Modern agreed to issue a paid return label and a refund to the payment method that was used on the order. I received this email on December 17, 2024. I responded on December 17, that I would like to return the items and receive a full refund to the original form of payment. I did not get a response to my email. I emailed Touch of Modern again on December 24, requesting the paid return label and the refund that was offer to me. I have not heard back from Touch of Modern. I attempted to call Touch of Modern at the phone number listed on their app under "Privacy." The phone number, **************, does not connect. It says that the call cannot be completed as dial, please try again. I want to return the 4 falsely advertised towel sets to Touch of Modern and receive a refund. I made a purchase October the 10 of a electric air pump then made another purchase October 31 of 2 performance pillows, the performance pillow order shows shipped but no tracking number included, the electric air pump shows delivered but on my order history it shows canceled, I have been trying to resolve this issue for 2 months now I have reached out to this company multiple times with a response of a week or two later with no details on my orders I just want to resolve this issue and get a full refund because this company can careless about my cercerns after my money was taken with no product and just a customer service headacheBusiness Response

Pursuant to our agreement (below), I was to receive a full refund along with a 20% credit to my account. Despite this clear arrangement, from them, Touch of Modern continues to choose not to be honorable. Because of which, I was consequently forced to initiate a dispute with **************** to reverse the original charges, which, following their investigation, were found to be fraudulent, a breach of contract and therefore duly refunded. Nevertheless, Touch of Modern has continually failed to rectify their noncompliance, including providing the agreed-upon credit of $87.80a minimal restitution for the inconvenience and damages they themselves caused. This ongoing disregard for our agreement exemplifies Touch of Moderns deceptive and fraudulent conduct, constituting a blatant breach of contract and unprofessionalism at every turn. They have had every opportunity to resolve this matter appropriately, yet continue to be deceptive and unethical in their practices toward customers.

On September 6, I ordered three items from this company. I actually have a long history of ordering from them. The box I received *** had 2 of the 3 items in it. Tracking info stated all 3 items would be in the box the missing item is a ** ****** rookie card graded a 10 for condition, which is gem mint condition. I have sent them countless emails through their website and shopping app, and have not received a response. Also the phone number listed on ****** is the wrong number. Please help!
