My husband purchased a watch from the Touch of Modern website and the reason he chose particular watch is that the minute hand and the hour hand the minute hand were bright white against a black face. He has trouble seeing hands on a watch that blend in or that don't have a distinctive color to make them pop out. The watch he received looks like the watch he ordered with the exception that the hour and minutes hands are silver hands with a skeleton like design. After my husband brought this to the attention of the customer service gentleman through email along with pictures of both the one on their website and the one he received, he was told that the manufacture must have sent the wrong watch and he would ask them to send another one. The problem with sending another one is that watch made by the same manufacture appears on several other websites with the solid white hands, and it's likely we'd receive the same one with skeleton hands which puts us back in the place. My husband requested a refund and was told by customer service that all sales are final. The manufacture of the watch is *********************************** and the watch style is Python Chronograph Quartz//CV3AU11. Pictures are attached.
