    The Seals Ambulance Service (priorityambulance.com) was availed on September 4, 2022 evening for transporting my daughter ***** from Franciscan urgent care to Franciscan emergency, a 4 mile ride. Fortunately the daughter was okay and we got back home that night. We then received an invoice of $2630.31 from Seals Ambulance which was sent to insurance, Anthem. The insurance company processed this as out of network and the plan didn't pay for the services. They also applied $434.69, allowed by plan, towards deductible which fortunately we didn't hit in 2022 as well. So this deductible was not beneficial. We then contacted Seals billing customer ********************** and agreed on a discounted amount of $1097.81. We agreed to make this payment over 11 months which we completed on October 30, 2023. We continued to receive invoices and called them to resolve. The billing then asked us to pay the deductible additionally which we didn't agree(as it's not aligned with agreed dues) and escalated to the supervisor. The supervisor called back after about 5 days on Nov 14th 2023 which we couldn't receive due to unavailability and received the voice mail. However we promptly returned the call and left a total of 4 voice mails since then with no call back or contact yet.Most recently, we received another invoice on December 29th dated December 21st 2023 asking to pay $100 with 20 days of invoice. We are attaching the invoice that clearly shows the initial service fee due, the discounted amount and the adjustments /payments. Looking for a resolution on this matter. Please advise.

    I used Seals twice for matter of life or death situation. I was unable to breathe. I did not request any particular ambulance because I had never used an ambulance before. One ride was in June 2023 and one in July 2023. Both trips to the ** was because I could not breathe. In July, I was not able to call 911 myself and had to have my son make the call. I needed assistance just to get on the stretcher. On both runs, I was taken to the closest hospital which was about 4 miles from my home. Now I owe Seals over $6000. My insurance only paid a little over $400 for each run. Seals ambulance is not deserving of any stars from me and their customer ********************** is a joke. I have two accounts and Seals put one of my payments in another customers account without my authorization. They gave me the name of the customer and where she lives in AZ. I don't think I should owe Seals a dime. I have insurance for emergency situations and they should be the ones fighting it out with Seals and the other representatives that have made a mess of our health care. Lastly, I have made numerous requests for a call from a supervisor since February *************************************************************************************************** within ***** hours.
