      We had Peterman Brothers for three and a half years. We moved into our house and within a few months the water heater failed after being less than 5 years old that have been purchased by the previous owners of the house. So we called Peterman to service the water heater and told us we needed to replace it. We replace the water heater and less than 3 years later this water heater has failed. We had had peterman's come out other times to service our Heating and Cooling along with plumbing. We signed up for the service contract so every 6 months they would give us estimates on work they identified that needed to be done . The estimates for the exact same work greatly ranged in price from a few hundred dollars to 1500 over 2 years. The last time they came to service I was told a part on the heating and cooling needed to be replaced when it had just been replaced by them within the last year. When I pointed out the part had just been replaced the service technician told me this part often fails when the previous technician had told me it would last for several years. So I ended my service contract with Peterman and when the water heater failed I had another company come out. They just identified this was due to improper wiring by Peterman which is why our circuit breaker turned off and when it was turned back on Sparks came out of the top of the water heater. I will never use Peterman again and that wiring could have caused a fire.

      Save yourself the money and headache and go with another company. I paid ****** dollars to get a tankless water heater installed in my home 3 years ago. In those 3 years, my water heater has been down 5/6 times. By the time I get someone to come out here, its a few days, they come, tell me they need to order the part and then come back a few days later. This time, I called friday, they came Monday afternoon. They looked at it, called the company and said they're ordering the part and it will be overnighted. Yesterday it should of come in. Today at the latest they should of been back to replace it. I've been waiting all day for them, so I call at 2 pm. They inform me they won't have the part until at least tomorrow. So now it takes 3 days to overnight something? And ***** was going to bother calling to inform me they weren't coming until probably Friday. Not to mention, when the tech was here Monday, he was on the phone with the company. The company wants to know why in September when it started leaking, why my pcb (the current issue) wasnt replaced then, because it should of been. So I shouldn't even be dealing with this now because it should of been fixed last time they were here. And dont get me started on the "membership club" they put me in and charged me monthly for in the beginning without me knowing. I found out when they wanted to come clean my furnace at no charge. It went out a few months later after never having an issue with it. I replaced it with a different company.

      I'll never go with peterman again! Their customer service is terrible! Find another company to go with.

      I contacted Peterman Brothers through their website and asked for an appointment via an online request form, because under the plumbing tab there was no phone number. I was sent a text confirmation of the date, but no time.I had asked for an afternoon appointment, but that was not reflected in the text.On the date of service I still had no idea what time the plumbers would arrive.After cleaning everything up for their visit and waiting all morning, at 1:30 p.m. I called the number on the text to make sure they were still coming. We had a list of items that needed to be done, so I was concerned that they would not have enough time if they didn't arrive soon.I was told they would call me 1/2 hour out. I mentioned to the scheduler that it was not great to have to wait all day for this and she said that we could "go about our business" and didn't have to worry about staying home! So, apparently this company thinks you will get their 1/2 hour -out call and leave the dentist office, or the line in the grocery store, etc and run home. Does not work for us!But I let it go and said we would wait for the call. A half hour later I got a call from ******* (we are in ****) that they would not be coming that day! (This is for a first appointment!)I assumed that they would then come the next morning, but they could not schedule us at all the next day! She gave us an 8 am appointment 2 days later.After thinking about it, I called a real local company and got an appointment and cancelled the Peterman appointment.From our experience, Peterman brothers does not seem to care at all about customers' time.I found out that I was talking to a scheduler in ******* (which probably partially explains her non-caring and inflexible attitude toward our job) and not someone local! Beware of wasting your time with this company.

      Peterman sent out ****** ****** to analyze our sump pump issues. He was extremely thorough, diagnosed the issue, and provided different solutions for proper operation moving forward. Great experience! Thank you ****** and Peterman!

      I just want to say that **** **** and ****** were great they were here on time they did a good job they were friendly and considerate and they never left a mess and if I ever need them again I will ask for **** and ****** they were great they replaced our sump pump in no time at all and if I ever am the business I would certainly love to have them to work for me they were great very good asset to the company that's for sure

      If I could give a no star I would! ****** and ****** the technicians were absolutely wonderful!! But the people in the office were horrible. First of all it is a act of Congress to get someone on the phone that know what is going on and can help. Then we were not going to do all the work and that became an ordeal. When we finally got a appointment we were texted we would be first call between 8 am and 10 am. At 10:30 am we called because we had not seen anyone. Evidently our tech had a family emergency which I totally get but nobody from the main office called us. If they would have just communicated with us it would have been fine but they did not. We had been up since 7:30 waiting and the night before I had gotten home from work around midnight and to bed around 1 am. This was really frustrating. We canceled our yearly subscription to their service. Do business with company at your own risk.
