      Very very disappointed in the *********** ** Ziebart. I was the first to arrive for my rest, protection and paint protection at 8 AM and there was only my car and one other one I was told that was needing to be worked on and it shouldnt take very long. After two hours of waiting, I went over to find that my car was sitting, waiting to have its paint protection done while there was an employees vehicle being detailed, and four people standing around inside, not doing anything. After mention it to the manager, he himself pulled my car in and stated that it would not take very long for them to wash it and get the paint protection done. This was at 10:15 AM. The person working on my car was busy, listening to his headphones and walking very slowly and gingerly around my car as I stood there and watched waiting for it to be done. While this was going on the employees, vehicle was still getting worked on by one person and they were three standing around, not doing anything else. I did not get my car given to me until 11:30 AM. The lack of urgency when this customer expressed, he needed to be somewhere by 12 PM and the lack of respect by the crew, watching me stand there, waiting for my vehicle, and then not moving any faster will be the reason I will not continue to go to this particular Ziebart anymore for my services.

      Worst customer service ever. I had taken my truck in for rust protection, undercoating, and windows tint. Once home, I noticed white bubbles in the tint. In my non expert opinion, this looked like dirt behind the tint. I called to let them know. She very rudely told me to wait 30 days. She also went into a rehearsed speech on their shop is not a dust free. I brought the truck back and a young man came out to look at my issue. We walked back in, and I was helped by another lady who must have been at lunch. She looked at my windows anyway. As we walked back in, she began a rehearsed speech on the tinting process and what the warranty covers. I explained I am not happy with the dirt in my windows. She said she would re-tint the windows at my cost.I got handed off to ****** as she told the other lady to go back to lunch. She rudely began the rehearsed speech on the tinting process, warranty, and the non-dust free shop. I tried to stop her and explain my issue. She said, you need to listen to me, or I will just send you to customer service. She continued her speech as she took me in the back to see a vehicle that was getting prepped for tint. I asked how much dirt was allowed behind the tint. This aggravate her, she explained this was not a dust free environment, again. She had not even looked at my windows. I asked her to look at the windows. She seen the windows and said oh yea that is dust, and it will not get worse. We do not cover this. In fact, If we re-tint these it could be worse. I could not believe I was hearing this. I said I could not believe this was acceptable work. She got more aggravated and began to argue with me like a teenager. Fact is they just needed to be accountable for their work and fix the windows. Now I am not only stuck with the bill but, I will need to pay another shop to remove their tint and re-tint the windows. I will never go back here and spread my experience with anyone who will listen.

      I just got the best customer service I've ever had at the ****** location! I appreciate the care and consideration that ***************** extended to me. He was kind and respectful. He was also very knowledgeable about our car in general, and pointed out a couple of things that *** need to be inspected for safe driving. Now, I want to say that this is a drastic improvement from what I had experienced about 2 years ago, and the year before that!!! It had more to do with management than anything else. I guess it always does!! If they keep ***************** on the team and don't tie his hands, it will be a great place to go to get a good job done!! My car looked like a million bucks!!!

      I recently purchased a Tahoe and had the front driver's side and passenger side windows tinted at the Ziebart on **************** in ******, ****. Upon inspection of the completed job, there was a hair between the window and glass of the driver side. In addition, the paperwork for the vehicle was under a completely different vehicle, making the warranty void. When I dropped off the vehicle to have it and the paperwork fixed, I was greeted with incompetence of how to fix the paperwork and indifference to the inconvenience they caused and was actually threatened that they weren't going to fix their mistakes because I expressed my frustration. Note that while I wasn't cheery and chipper, I was not rude or condescending - certainly no behavior that would warrant the threat to not fix the vehicle. I simply told them during their efforts to upsell me that I was not interesting in doing anything else to the vehicle, regardless of what they "found". I definitely do not recommend taking any vehicle back to this location and would hesitate taking any vehicle back to any Ziebart. Very disappointed is an understatement.

      Took my car in for the yearly maintenance. When I went to pick up, there was a scratch on my car that was not there when I dropped it off. I told them about it at pick up, and they said "We didn't do that, it was already there." They were adamant they didn't do it. They were more concerned I came before they called (even though when I called to make the appointment, they told me it would be done between 3-4 and I had to adjust my work schedule). I called the next day to talk to a manager, and his response was "I'm sure it was there when you dropped it off." Even though he didn't see my car, he was "sure" it was there at drop off. I asked for the district manager, but all they gave me was an email address to contact, which was useless.

      I got my car back with an aweful smell after they worked on a warranty claim. They ended up cleaning up the odor and worked on my other car and all went well. I was pleased with the way they handled the issue and gave them additional business after that.

      After picking up my truckI noticed 3 new chips. They are in a straight line and each is exactly 1/4" apart. I mentioned that there were now 3 new chips on the truck. Before the owner/manager even got outside, he told me they were rock chips, they were there when I brought the vehicle in and said he didn't mention them in the walk around because he doesn't mention a lot of things.I said that they were not there when I brought the truck in that morning and he asked if I was calling him a liar. He then said that I was a liar, blaming him for existing rock chips. He got very loud and obnoxious and I asked if he was really the manager. He said yes. I asked for the district manager's information, and he told me that He (the district manager) would be worse than him. I asked for the Regional manager, and was told that he would be rougher for me to deal with than the district or local manager.He once again called me a liar and told me to not come back there for my free warranty service ever again. He told me that he ran this store for 8 years,I told him I just wanted them to know about the damage. It looks like it was hit with a piece of machinery in the shop. Rocks don't normally hit in a straight evenly spaced line.I got in my truck to leave, realizing that you cannot deal with irate people.While this was going on, my wife took a picture of the birds that had built a next on their sign and was watching the mother feed the babies. When he saw her with her phone out, he got more irate, started waving his hands, making a fist, and yelling.I lowered my window, and he basically shouted that we shouldn't video tape him. He stated he doesn't understand the review thing (which explains the reviews of his store).He then started saying "I'm sorry. I'm a veteran. I served in ****...those are chips..."After more arguing, he started walking away, threw me the middle finger and said "video tape this."Which, I do have on an audio recording

      I purchased a brand new crv. Purchased the ******************. Took to ziebart They did not complete the job they were suppose to do. My interior was not done as I placed things in certain areas snd they were not moved. They sprayed undercoating under crv that had a horrible smell and we were not made aware beforehand. Im a cancer patient and would have never had them do an undercoating where I could not drive my car. We were not told in advance. Its middle of winter and lady says leave windows down and park outside until undercoating dries. Spoke to someone that has had this done. I have been warned smell is bad in summer! The shop is very rude!lady told husband to drive slow when he picked up and do not hit puddles! It was raining ! They made money , I got nothing but a headache. They did say I could bring back in they would do interior. I dont trust it would be done, and with their track record I will never take anything here. Very horrible customer service! This package was a scam ! I might need to look into getting our atty involved.

      Had a remote start put into my truck. After being cancelled the first time I was upgraded too the gold two-way remote!! ***************** over at ******* location was very knowledgeable and very friendly as well as other staff. Service was preformed very quickly and explanation of how too use remote and download app was also helpful too!!
