  ************ ordered a9mm handgun a few months ago and due to a car accident and back surgery came home10/14/22 the following day i started opening all my orders when i opened the 9mm box i went to pull it out and i hit the trigger and it fired .It was sent to me with 2 in the mag and 1 racked and ready to fire which it did causing damage to my home and personal noise damage to my right ear.I sent a text to the store about what had happened and i receive a call the next day from the owner who went to call me a liar and a scammer instead of try to find out how this could of happened .He had no interest in my safety just to call me name's.He told me they do not handle the guns they just ship them out and if it did happen he put the blame on ******* and hung up.I then called ******* and explained what happened and what the owner of Gun Zone told **** was told that they would look in to this problem and that the owners statement about handling the firearms was not correct.I am telling anyone if you deal with this company beware and be extremely careful from my experence PROFIT comes first and SAFETY ? When you have an issue like this and you speak to the owner an honest man would listen and try to resolve the problem not start name calling like a two year old and right away put the blame on everyone else .He sounds like the guilty one to me judge for yourself .Just be extra careful with these people.

  *******************************, when you called in on 10/17/22 you seemed extremely impaired or confused so it is possible you have forgotten what we spoke about and what you said. As we discussed, your unloaded firearm was delivered to you on May 26, 2022, at 1:05 pm. This firearm has been at your location for almost five months now, not just a few months. Also, as we discussed, safety at GunZone always comes first! We have informed the manufacturer of your comment on how you said they will just "write you a check." Your scam is not going to work and you are not going to get a payday. We would also like to make note here that you still seem impaired or confused because you just left a four out of five star review. This is even after we have informed you of your suspended account and that we also removed you from our directory of FFL's that we will ship to or due business with. We hope that you find some help and that you are your family's medical conditions/expenses get better. We also hope that you learn to ALWAYS remember to handle all firearms as if they are loaded, keep all guns pointed in a safe direction at all times, always keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot, and always keep all guns unloaded in your store / at home shop.
