    I made a handgun purchase from gunzonedeals, my purchase was late evening Sept 28, 2023, about 8pm, (Be sure to communicate well with your local FFL) My item was shipped the following day, on a Friday, I received my item on Monday. Very ***************, not problems, no issues. I will surely buy from them again. I was very skeptical as always with my first purchase from a new small internet business.I know sometimes complication happen, Nobody is perfect 100%. This was my experience. I give them 5 stars I hope this helps others.

    Placed order on 6-29-2023 After 11 days and 4 emails to them on an update on shipping of item all i got were excuses. Finally got a tracking number. What does that mean. They do not have items instock and are drop shipping items and telling customers stupid excuses instead. So ill get my item according to the tracking 3 weeks after placing the order.lol ill spend my money somewhere else and not these idiots.

    Mr. Sigsby your order was delayed due to your indecisiveness to cancel it. You are also not being truthful. Tracking shows your order was already delivered (USPS:  9434936106089055303039). You also forgot to mention here that you have to take your business elsewhere since your account was permanently suspended for your inappropriate behavior with our staff.

    After reading some reviews, I noticed most complaints were about shipping issues or *******. I decided to go with the majority of reviews and ordered CZ 75BD from them. As many pointed out, my card was charged immediately, but, as it should. My gun was sent the next day, I was provided with a tracking number, and it arrived at my FFL very quickly after that.Everything was as described. So, no ******* was needed, no shipping issues, and everything is just as described. Will do business again with them.

    I usually don't write reviews often but when I do then firm/person really has earned it.So in this case Gunzonedeals associate **************** was phenomenal in both communication and customer service. He got me as a customer for life with ********************** am from ************** and right after buying my AR in late December 2022 by the time it reached to my dealer for transfer (My mistake picked up the free and cheapest shipping) ******** passed the law overnight banning ARs.And since January until today, ****** was constantly in touch with me and did every possible thing to help me out. Firstly he generously waited more than 90 days to process the return, and once we got the Injunction for ARs in ******** ****** worked with me after hours, can you imagine working with me via emails at ***** PM after his shift ends back and forth? well, he did and he wanted me to have the Gun at the earliest so that I have it before any appeal/stay order could block the injunction, basically we were running against the time. And that is what is called exceptional 10/10 customer service.I wouldn't have expected this kind of service from an online dealer but ****** proved me wrong.Again Gunzone is not only at par with customer service but they also have decent pricing. I got the cheapest AR from them (****** Defense DDM4 V7).So I would recommend others don't fall for a few reviews who mostly get upset for small things and damages the reputation of a good business. If someone deserves a good review please do it and help them thrive in their business. You cannot go wrong with Gunzonedeals they are actually better and way good than very name-branded stores I have dealt with.Note:- Their Phone line mostly accepts voicemails but the best way to get their attention is to support tickets or email to the sales team.Thanks -*****

    I ordered a very hard to find rifle from gunzonedeals and was pleased with the easy process, the price, and overall 2 week delivery. I received notification and tracking number when shipment was made and my FFL guy had it within a couple of days. No one else had the scarce firearm available except one seller that had the price marked way up over MSRP. Gunzone deals still offered it at the same low price it should sell for regardless of restricted availability. I will be a happy repeat customer for sure.

    Placed on line order for a scope mount & then realized it was not compatible with my rifle. Canceled about 15 minutes later & they are charging 10% cancel fee. Not good customer relations. I will not make the mistake of ordering anything from this company again.

    I never spoke to anyone at ***, I only requested a refund using their automated help desk. There was no live contact with any staff. Apparently requesting a refund is deemed inappropriate behavior. My refund was processed at 9 am on Tuesday. At 9:03 am *** claimed my BBB review was pure retaliation since I was banned and I was no longer welcome back. At 4:10 pm Tuesday I received an email form *** : Come Socialize With Us! Stay Informed On Our Exclusive Offers. I will take my business elsewhere and suggest my fellow gun enthusiasts do the same.

    Ordered a sba3 brace from gunzonedeals.com in the description it said it came with a carbine reciever extension(buffer tube) in 2 different spots. When I recieved brace it didn’t have a buffer tube and when I contacted them about getting it they said it didn’t come with one and it didn’t say it did when I took a screen shot of it saying it does they then changed the pic and description and now I can’t access the site to get answers

    My Purchase from GunZoneDeals got delayed but Julie got right on it, she contated USPS for the situation filed a report and my purchase was then directed to my FFL. Thank you Julie for going the extra mile!! I highly recommend GunZoneDeals customer service for being proactive in helping out the Customer.

    Terrible experience, they charged my CC and there was no transaction or processing done due to ******** state law but rather then alert me that they wouldn't sell to me, i was charged full and told to go check with current ffl. Then only refundrd me 90% or stuck with a gift card. Told me read the fine print next time, total crooks. Never buy from them
