  We purchased our 2022 Alliance Valor 36V11 in October 2021 and have lived in it full time. Over the past three and half years, the ** has spent roughly 8 months in the repair shop for various warranty issues some repeat problems preventing use of camper at all.The most serious current issue involves both opposing living room and kitchen slides not working. This is now the third time the slide system has needed to be addressed. The lead technician, who has done all prior slide repairs, determined the walls on both sides around the slides need to be removed and completely rebuilt with new welds. He told me he had already informed Alliance of this proper repair method on a previous job, but the company refused to authorize it under warranty.Its also worth noting that Alliance changed the slide mechanism technology partway through the 2022 model year. This raises questions about whether the company was aware of issues with the original system before making the switch yet owners of early 2022 models like mine are still being denied the proper ********** be fair, I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because for other warranty issues, Alliances customer service representatives have been very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately, in this case, the refusal to address what appears to be a design flaw has left us with an unusable ** and an expensive repair bill repairs over the life of this unit have approached roughly one-third of its original purchase ******** this point, I am pursuing outside legal assistance to explore my options for resolution. My hope is that sharing this experience helps other potential buyers make an informed decision.Documentation, repair invoices, and correspondence are available upon request.

  What a great company Alliance is. Our Valor unit is really a show stopper. The quality is top notch, they have really worked out any kinks if our unit is any indication of how serious they take quality. Thanks to the Alliance team you guys rock!

  They sold us a lemon. We've had nothing but problems. This is gone on for six months. They continually ask for the same information over and over and over again, even though they tell you that they're going to fix it and that it's covered under warranty we've yet to get any kind of action from them actually fixing anything. I spend a lot of money on a trailer that has been nothing but a problem. It's falling apart. It has more issues than I can list.

  We take any issue big or small very seriously and want you to have a great ownership experience.  Since this coach was purchased in April 2024 our records do not indicate that there have been any days out of service.  Our warranty policy requires you to take your unit to an authorized service center, however, we understand that you are fulltime in the coach and would be a struggle for you to do so.  With that our team is going outside of warranty parameters and have approved for use of a mobile technician that can come to your location.  In this situation where we are working outside of the dealers service center, it will require you to provide us with photos and details so we can best work to resolve the concern with an independent technician.  We have thoroughly reviewed the list of concerns with your coach.  In our conversation with you we did discuss how some of the items were not quality or product defects and in fact required by code.  There were some items we absolutely agree we want to assist in getting a resolution but are not aware of any item that would prohibit safe use of the coach.

  Some of the worst craftsmanship I have seen on a trailer. These trailers cost quite a bit of money and they literally fall apart. There are well known issues and Alliance just band aids them or does nothing. I would recommend any other brand of trailer

  We understand this customer is frustrated as they frequently comment similar to how they have here on social media.  This is not the experience we desire for any of our product owners as our team has been very attentive and prompt to assist.  This specific coach is about 3 years old.  There were some service related items required on this coach that have since been addressed on more current units.  Understanding that does not resolve a coach in the field, our service records do not show anything has been denied regardless of this customers warranty status.  There are no open service requests at this time that our team was not the last to respond to.  We welcome this owner to reach out to us if there is an unresolved concern that we may not be aware of.

  Alliance RV is in desperate need of a Quality Control policy. They do offer some great features but unfortunately the poor quality of craftsmanship and lack of quality control procedures have made this brand very undesirable.
