1 starDue to having surgery, I was under ********* comp and various times I was not paid properly which resulted in me getting behind two payments on my mortgage and my vehicle. Inova took it upon themselves to take out two payments after I told one of the office girls I would make a payment that Friday...and left me with almost nothing in my bank account. This also happened one other time. I spoke with the manager, **** and he was extremely rude, spoke over me and refused to put back one of the payments so I could pay some bills and survive for 2 weeks until my next paycheck. They got their money so nothing else mattered to him. Somehow he claims they can remove money from people's accounts unauthorized but I have never seen anything stating they could do this. I kept trying to get him to understand the bind he put me in and both myself and passenger in my vehicle heard him tell me to shut up...TWICE!! He denied he said that...we BOTH heard it clearly. I had three different individuals calling me daily which became harassment about making a payment and he basically called me a liar and said they didn't call me that he saw every call that comes through the bank. I told him he wasnt being very customer friendly, he didn't care. I asked to speak to his boss and he said he WAS the top boss. He then said "we're done here LADY!!" and proceeded to hang up on me...Review fromKim H
