1 starThis refinancing company seems primarily focused on collecting personal information. They send frequent mail encouraging you to refinance with a lower interest rate. However, after you fill out the forms, they require a large down payment and only offer a small amount based on your car's value. That's why many people choose not to move forward and unfortunately, they still end up with your personal details.INOVA Federal Credit Union
