    I ordered a shelf as a gift for a Family member about 6 months ago. The shelf slants downward on the wall, I have emailed 9 times, called 7 times, sent pictures (product is 3 hours away) as requested and now they want more pictures. This "Company" in my opinion is a joke, they just drag and drag and drag things out. I have left messages for "The warehouse manager"(?) as requested with no answer. I have requested a refund, exchange. These people are taking advantage of the consumer and they do NOT stand behind their product. Absolute horrible service!

    Hi *******, Im sorry youve had trouble with your order.  Ive located your account and reviewed your correspondence with our support staff.  Your order was placed in April ************************************* Oct 2022 about the shelf leaning when mounted and the lock not working/opening.  We were able to assist you in opening the shelf with the use of the external battery backup and request pictures of the shelf from the side and top and of the inside of the unit to check for shipping damage.   We have a 30-day money back guarantee and shipping damage claims can only be submitted within 60 days of delivery.   At the time you contacted us your order was 6 months old but we still treated this like a brand-new order and requested the same information and pictures that we wouldve if you had contact us within the proper timeframes.  You replied that our request is beyond reasonable, gave us the options of replacing the unit or issuing a refund and refused to send additional photos.  We explained that we would need the additional pictures of the unit before we could move forward with your request.  Again, at this time you were well past our 30-day return policy and the 60 days allowed by *** to submit a damage claim but we were willing to work with you and provide a resolution once the pictures could be reviewed.  You have now taken the time to leave multiple bad reviews regarding our product and service but are still unwilling to send three additional pictures of the shelf.  I understand you spoke with our office manager yesterday and stated: We will not be getting any more pictures because youre not our puppet, everyone you ever speak with will know not to purchase one of our products because we do not stand behind our products.  This is simply not true.  We stand behind our products and had you sent the pictures requested we would have either given a solution to resolve the shelf leaning or replaced the unit but you did not give us that chance.  We kindly ask that you revise your reviews to clearly state your unwillingness to follow our standard procedures for a potentially damaged shelf.
