      I've had a great experience with my current rental property management. They are professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and communication is always clear and courteous.The move-in process was smooth, and any questions or concerns I've had since then have been addressed quickly. It's clear that they care about keeping the property well-maintained and ensuring tenants are comfortable.Overall, Ive been very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to other renter

      Been ignored by maintenance and was never told who our property manger was until 2 months after we moved in. Our house has been at 86 degrees for the last 5 days and was completely ignored or not taken seriously. have pets in the house and was unable to sleep there. they still have ignored our emails to the management in ********* and in our app. terrible service, and so unprofessional

      This company is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. They not only have refused to reimburse me for overpaying my rent for one month due to being double billed for utilities, they also have refused to reimburse me for a separate utility "chargeback" that was added to my final rental payment. On top of that, they deducted about $1210 from my deposit for cleaning the house. Trouble is, I hired a professional cleaning company to clean the house after we moved out, yet they said the house needed to be cleaned again. If at all possible, avoid this company. They will try to steal you blind. And they have yet to provide the name of their legal counsel. This is evidently going to have to be settled in a small claims court...And I would give them a negative star rating if it were possible!

      This company is wildly out of touch with reality. This review is just literally to show their pricing (imho) is absurd. They have listings for almost $2,000 per month not including any of their mandatory additional junk fees in an area where the roads aren't even fully paved, no public library, 1 school that isn't even fully built and a population of farmers. There aren't any high paying jobs here, and the only retail stores here are liquor stores, a dollar store, and some small restaurants attached to a gas station. The only event hall is ran out of a barn silo. So basically small town rural area. So why they are requesting 3xs the rent in monthly income for a population of farmers and dollar store workers is beyond me. Their ads list that its an area with walking trails, and I would love to invite the person who made the listings for the area to show me where these so called walking trails are, because it is literally just farms. There are no walking trails. There is like 1 road, and the rest is just residential homes. Who is approving these listings? During our search we have noticed they repeatedly list their property, drop the property price and then in a month relist it at the higher price, and it is very clear that these places aren't getting rented. We went with a different property and after almost a year, the same places are still listed at absurd prices and no one is renting them. Occasionally someone will come view them and then nothing comes of it, its become sort of a game with my husband and I to see if these places will be rented by the end of the year. In my opinion, this company is out of touch, has absurd requirements for economically suppressed areas, and have no actual tangible experience with the actual properties they are renting in the more rural areas. Also, the property they rent across the street from us has been sitting empty for months and the entry way has been taken over by spiders, so they **** on maintenance too.

      Thank you for your review. I am unable to address your concerns about "junk fees" without a name or address. Your review seems to be in regards to how we market our homes, which has no direct effect on our current residents. Seems that you do not enjoy this community, which was not built or created by the owner or the property management company. I would recommend contacting the city council about your concerns about the community. Thank you.

      This company is a joke, stay away as far as possible. Run by very unprofessional and rude individuals. Zero communication, I have never dealt with a company like this one in my years of renting. I promise you one thing it is not going to go the way you expected.

      RENU Property Management filed a false eviction against me and my family while we had a valid lease. We defended ourselves in court and won. Since then, **** has continued violating our rights as tenants and as a household that includes individuals with disabilities.We have documented multiple violations of the Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. 3604) and HUD tenant protections, including:Retaliation for submitting maintenance requests Refusal to make reasonable accommodations Harassment and intimidation Constructive eviction tactics, including shutting off utilities Misrepresentation of charges and threats of eviction RENUs behavior is not only unethical, it may be unlawful. We are preparing a lawsuit and are actively looking for other tenants who have had similar experiences with RENU Property Management to join a potential class action case.If youve experienced retaliation, discrimination, or harassment by ****, we want to hear from you.Before joining the lawsuit, we ask that you first file a Fair Housing complaint with HUD:?************************************************* Then, email us your story at the yuan percent at gmail dot com Lets hold them accountable.       I am very dissatisfied with RENU Property Management. As the primary breadwinner in my household with school-age dependents, I was obligated to pay a $60 application fee for every adult, despite them being my dependents. I asked for a refund for myself and my dependents, but two months later, I have not received anything.The lack of responsiveness and accountability is inexcusable. Imposing unnecessary fees and then neglecting to process refunds promptly demonstrates poor business practices. I would not suggest RENU Property Management to anyone seeking a dependable and trustworthy rental company.If you are thinking about engaging with them, be ready for inconvenience and delays. I hope they enhance their customer service and refund procedures, but at this moment, my experience has been entirely disappointing.

      ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE BEEN IN OUR HOME FOR 6YRS WITH **** ONLY BEING THE PROPERTY OWNER FOR THE LAST 2 YEARS BUT I JUST RECENTLY BEEN DEALING WITH A ROOF LEAK THAT WOULD LEAK ONLY WHEN IT RAINED IN MY LIVING ROOM SINCE 1.9.25 THE REMEDIATION TEAM CAME IN TUESDAY 3.4 TO DO THE **** FOR WHERE THERE WAS MOLD AND NOT HALF OF MY F****** LIVING ROOM LOOKS LIKE A F****** PLASTIC BOX AND WHEN I RECEIVED THE PICTURES BACK OF THE TAKE DOWN IT WAS F****** MOLD EVERYWHERE!! THE TEAM THAT DID THE TAKE DOWN STATED IT WAS WORSE THAN THEY EXPECTED!!! MY WHOLE FAMILY OF 6 IS ALL ASTIMAC!!!!!!! AND **** DONT CARE! I STATED THAT I KNEW THERE WAS AN EMPTY UNIT AT THE END OF ********* AND I WANTED A TRANSFER, AT THIS POINT, I AM NOT COMFORTABLE HAVING MY FAMILY NO LONGER LIVING IN A HOUSE WHERE THERE WERE AND STILL IS AND MIGHT BE MOLD! MY KIDS HAVE BEEN GETTING SICK OUT OF NO WHERE AND EVER SINCE THEY CAME IN AND TOLD ME IT WAS MOLD I HAVE NOT BEEN IN MY HOUSE SINCE 2.28 AND NOW EVERYTHING IN MY FRIDGE HAS WENT BAD! I HAVE CONTACTED THE BBB, THE CITY CODE COMPLIANCE, AND MY LAWER! WAS TOLD BY THE MAINTENANCE MANAGER ***** ****** ABOUT THE TRANSFER TO THE OTHER PROPERTY THAT THERE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A MEETING WITH THE OWNERS AND GET A CALL BACK AND NEVER DID ALL I RECEIVED WAS AN EMAIL FOR A DISPLACEMENT FOR AN ******** THAT I HAD TO COVER COST FOR $200 PER NIGHT(ONLY FOR 5 NIGHTS FROM FRIDAY 3.8-3.11, AND MY KIDS ARE ON SPRING BREAK) AND ALSO FOOD THAT I BUY AND ALSO STILL PAY MY $1800+ IN RENT!!!!!! **** IS SMOKING COMPLETE ****! TO THINK I WOULD PAY $1800+ AND PAY $200+ A NIGHT FOR AN ******** SO NOW FAST FOWARD TODAY I CALLED TO GET AN UPDATE BECAUSE THE TEAM TO BUILD BACK WAS SUPPOSED TO SHOW UP TODAY NEVER DID!**** DONT GIVE A F*** ABOUT 4 KIDS THAT HAVE ASTHMA! I WAS TOLD BY ***** THAT THE OWNERS DONT WANT TO TRANSFER MY LEASE TO THE OTHER PROPERTY I HAVE YET TO SEE A TEST ***** SAID IS NEGATIVE FOR THE MOLD!       They do their best to keep our hard earned money. They took off $1800 out of my $2200 deposit - and have yet to explain why. I have videos and pictures of how we left everything - for that same reason. While we lived there, I had a hole in my second floor form my third due to ongoing leak that was never fixed. Light fixtures has water in them and electric box kept tripping because of it - I have screenshots of my maintenance requests. They have the audacity to keep my money for no reason. I normally dont say much but this time -I will even look into a lawyer because Im not giving them one cent from my money anymore!

      I have reviewed your move out charges which did total $1814.95 for damages. You were provided with the detailed invoice of the charges which were beyond normal wear and tear. Things like paint, cleaning, and carpet cleaning. The total cost to repair this home after your move out was $3740, and your portion was $1814.95. As also noted in the move out communication, if you wish to dispute your move out charges by providing photos from your move in condition, we happily review those for all past residents.

      I would NOT rent from them EVER again!! Myself and 6 children were left without a working stove for 3 weeks and without a working refrigerator for 4 weeks. I kept getting the run around about when the appliances would be delivered, I had to send multiple emails just get these basic appliances and no one seemed to care. The vendor took 3-4 days to send a quote that was denied then resent and left sitting on someone's desk but they had to take personal leave and during that time no one followed up. But on their maintenance site it fraudulently stated that the work orders were complete when indeed they were NOT! This was also during the 40 degree snowy weather in **. And when the oven finally came, it was sitting in my dining room for a week. So I spent nearly $2k just to feed myself and my 6 children. I have asked for reimbursement for the food I had to buy and the food I had to throw out since the fridge was NOT working. Just human decency, its ridiculous what I had to go through. To think I was going to renew another year with the company, I think NOT!!
