So I was renting my property from Atlas, we had no problems, it was great, well some time last month we were switched to **** and thats when problems began.So a little back story for context in my neighborhood you cannot get utilities in your name without a document filed by the property management company submitted to the town hall called a letter of occupancy, Atlas didnt want to bother with getting that document submitted so they carried the water bill and charged it to us on our ******* portal. Now to ****.On tuesday March 26th I came home from taking my dog to the park to learn my water had been shut off when i go to fill my dogs water bowl. I call **** questioning the situation, they say they will make it an urgent matter and get this resolved, so i trust them to do so and leave it alone for the rest of the day as it was already after 3pm.I call **** the morning of wednesday march 27th, i have to explain the situation again, asking when my water will be turned on, again they say it will be placed as an emergency matter *** h***led expeditously. That afternoon i call again to check, again still not turned on, we are now at 24 hours without water, cant do laundry, cant wash dishes, cook, shower, nothing because we have no water.Thursday march 27th I call them this morning asking for a supervisor above the people you reach calling the only number you can find and they refuse to let you speak with their supervisor, they are blatantly breaking the law by failing to provide water because i dont have access to turn my own water on because they havent filled the documentation, i cant speak with someone above the worthless phone call operators, they are completely useless and i feel like i am stuck with my hands tied behind my back and there is nothing i can do, i am feeling completely hopeless at this point.
