              CNAC has the worst customer service in the world. They will take your payment and then return it without saying a word until you're past due and begin to harass you. They don't listen to a single word you say, don't care that you have transaction history or email confirmation from them and just hang up when you get frustrated because they repeat the same thing over and over when it's not explaining why the payment pends and then returns without a word from them. I have called and asked for my pay off balance more than once and they always say someone will be in touch and never are. Let it be the day of that your payment is due though and they sure know how to contact you. Awful company.
