CNAC has the worst customer service in the world. They will take your payment and then return it without saying a word until you're past due and begin to harass you. They don't listen to a single word you say, don't care that you have transaction history or email confirmation from them and just hang up when you get frustrated because they repeat the same thing over and over when it's not explaining why the payment pends and then returns without a word from them. I have called and asked for my pay off balance more than once and they always say someone will be in touch and never are. Let it be the day of that your payment is due though and they sure know how to contact you. Awful company.Review from Ed M

The process of buying the car at by rider was easy but cnac themselves not so much. Even if you are a day late, they will harass you until you Pay. They also don't care your situation either so be careful.Review from Katlyn H

Well if you want to know the extent of issues look at the other review. ****** and **** are some of the most disrespectful, unprofessional, illiterate people I have EVER worked with. All they care about it sucking up as much money as possible. They sell awful lemon cars with blown head gaskets and other major issues. Then they make you pay $30,000 for that lemon due to extreme interests rates. THEN once it's almost paid off they try to repo it so they can flip it on some other poor person and double their profit. Honestly dont know how this place is still open and how ****** and **** sleep at night.Review from Kenneth A.

Only worried about payments.Had trouble with car from start. Stopped on me 5 or 6 times they should have faced the fact that there was a problem with it instead of ignoring me. The right thing to do would have been to give me another vehicle of equal value and have me continue making my payments.would give less than that star if possible.Review from Amy R

Almost had my car paid off when it was repoed. They refused to work out payment plan abs in order to get my vehicle back had to pay remaining balance plus the fees for repo etc and I did not have **** to give them. They sold my vehicle then sued me for **** ! I owed **** , so apparently they paid someone to take my car then?! Needless to say I have a judgement against me now and am unable to get a car loanReview from Dennis B

I never used this company and they have a **** on my credit report. This is first time I'm seeing this. They finally got back to me and told me their nothing that they can do. So pretty much any company can say you owe them money and put it into collections. They can't provide infor for what it was or anything. Definitely wasn't a car because I've never ever used a company like this. Even if you have bad credit a credit union will finance you. Don't use company like this ever. I never used them they can't provide info about why I owe them this money!Review from Telly R

They will straight out lie to you about your account. They hide a lot of fees in the contract. Extremely rude customer service. Corporate number is hidden and hard to get.Review from Laura

They have the car and sold it at auction and 7 months later they are trying to get money from us for the same amount that we owed left on it. Which means that basically they are trying to get double the amount for the same car since it was sold at auction. Why would it suddenly take then 7 months? We haven't heard anything from them until now.Review from Diane S

Absolutely disgusting company. Car was taken, my fault 100%. I paid the payment, plus paid the last two weeks and they still will not release my car after 13 days. I was told 1-2 days, then 10 days. ******* always seems to be busy and refusing to help me. I am wondering if I need to now get an attorney due to that fact, I keep paying for a car that is not in my possession. They proved their point, I was punished, but it's time to let up.Review from Olivia D

Absolute GARBAGE. My car was repossessed 12/12/22. I made the payment to reclaim and they are taking their time on sending the release to the recovery company so I can get my car back. I was told up to 7 business days but usually only 1 or 2. Ive called and emailed and keep getting the run around about why they havent released my vehicle yet. They say they have to verify things but it took them no time to **** my car. I need my car NOW. How can they take my money but not give me my car immediately? I cant work or get my kids around without my car. These people are scammers. Evil. Heartless. The only person who has been somewhat kind was ****. Im still responsible for making car payments but dont even have the car? How is this right? Where are their morals and ethics? This is insane. These people are messing mine and my kids livelihoods. They can harass me 6x a day with phone calls when they want money but tell me I have to be patient.Im done being patient. I need my car NOW.
