    I purchased the vehicle on 9-11-21(saturday).i was told by an employee the vehicle had been throught tge service department anf they could not fi d anything wrong with the vehicle.I inquired about the lights not working and thought they were.however the following night,at dark realized some were not working. I spoke to the salesman on **** and told if tgey dont wana fix tge lughts i would just return the vehicle for a refund. He asked me to bring it to the service department . The general manager (******) told me they were not going to fix the lights and they were not going to let me return the vehicle. After feelung physically threatened by him ,my wife and i left the dealerahip. I have since tried to make contact with **** Hubler but keep hitting a road block by the general manager. I since to the vehicle to an independant alignment shop and spent $680 to have damaged and worn and usafe parts replaced. Was also noted there is a short in the steering column causing the wipers and engine lights to come on randomly while in reverse. This still hasnt been repaired. Also had a hard time keeping the vehicle on the road because of it wandering and drifting from side to side. To the vehicle to another independent shop and found out the steeeing stabilizer was also damaged. I spent $1600.00 at that shop to have tge stabizer replaced alo g with shocks tgat were completely worn out. Had to install new wiper blades and still dont know if the engine has any internal issues. I bought the vehicle in good faith from a reputable dealership and after them saying tgey ran it through their service department and could not find anything i felt assured  the vehicle was un good safe working order. After tge incident with the manage.i dont feel safe trying to deal with him or the dealership. I wish he would have let me return the vehicle 2 days after buyinh it but he would not. I paid over $25,000.00 for the vehicle and had had nothing but a horrible experience and a vehicle that im finding out has alot of costly and unsafe issues. The least i would expect from the dealership would be to return the vehicle and refund the money! However, the manager said no to that so i would want them to refund me the cost i have incurred getting the vehicle i to a safe running order($2500.00) and to pay to have the short in the steering column fixed along with any other unforseen damage. I feel like i was taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge of lifted four wheel drive vehicle. I feel the dealership was fully aware of the existing damage and problems with the vehicle. I was told the vehicle use to belong to a previous service manager and had recently been sold to someone whom just returned it.Probably because of the problems and issues with it.the manager (******) told me it was not lifted and the lights were not LED lights . After taking it to a four wheel drive shop they informed me it was lifted and tey were in fact LED lights.( which are some of the lights that are NOT working). This has turned into a very cosly nightmare for me.please help! ****** Gilbert

    Dont hold true to their Word! Quoted me a price (and had it in writing) and when I got there they wouldnt honor the price they quoted me! Waited 6 months for my truck and the day of getting it they spring that on me!

    The price of the truck stayed the same, it was the price of the trade in that changed due to having 7k more miles on it. The trade vehicle is worth what the trade is due to the market conditions at the time. We went above the market conditions because of the issue at hand with the 6 month wait of the new truck.

    If that was the case then they shouldnt have told me the price was locked in. I waited 6 months and never got the truck that I put money down on! They shouldnt have told me that was the price to be locked in or communicated to me throughout the process instead of waiting to tell me the day that I walked in and wouldnt honor what they said! The dealership that I went to gave me a $35,500 for my truck on a trade. Cant go to a dishonest dealership!! Will make sure people know they cant be trusted!!
