For starters I want it to be known my vehicle only has ****** miles on it and has been a great vehicle with great reviews on all consumer reports. I received an up-charge on services for my vehicle from under a $200 estimate to over a $1,600 final price. I was informed my vehicle would be ready that same day. No explanation was provided besides a text message saying the services were mandatory. Nobody called me to let me know my vehicle was ready for pick up until 5 minutes before closing on a Saturday. Initially, I was told I would have to pick my vehicle back up on Monday. I finally was able to come get my vehicle after talking to several different employees expressing concerns on transportation to work. I expressed I was unhappy and that this was unprofessional. The next day my car started experiencing problems that I had never had before including struggling with acceleration and a fluttering from my engine. I had concerns but was trusting the services I payed for were appropriate and I was just stressing. I called back to the establishment within a week of receiving my services letting them know I was having problems and I wanted them to formally document this because I was taking my vehicle to another company to get repaired. Later, I found out nobody noted this even though I have phone record and exact time of how long I spoke with the service department. The company I took my vehicle to called me explaining that they were having my vehicle towed back to **** Hubler Chevorlette because the mechanic found metal in my oil. The mechanic shared that **** Hubler Chevorlette had made some mistakes and that they should fix the vehicle.We contacted **** Hubler Chevorlette about the vehicle. They quoted me over another $1,600 just to diagnose the problem and tell me how much more money I needed to pay them. They refuse to take any ownership or accountability for the mistakes. Now they are taking advantage of me as a customer by not having the legal resources to pursue them. I have now been without a vehicle for over a week. This is impacting my family and my career. I feel hopeless and I want to share this experience so no other customer has to go through this ruthless unethical treatment.
