You can tell her family is an inspiration to her work as any home she works on is one she has put her heart into and wants the best for her clients. I hope to utilize REMOVEDagain, and would recommend anyone wanting to sell their home or grow their roots in one, to work with REMOVEDand her team.

  No stars. This woman is a fraud. REMOVEDis a sloppy, dishonest business person. She sold me a home she flipped herself, and in the process, none of the subcontractor's work was checked. All of the REMOVEDplugs had to be reinstalled. None of the appliances were hooked up, and the dishwasher had to be repaired. Finally, in the process of upgrading the master bath, the plumbing was broken entirely by her team. I spent over $2000 in repairs within the first month of living in this home. She knowingly and fraudulently sold me a home with a false disclosure.

  Wonderful company to work with! Made everything very easy for us-from the first phone call until the closing! They did everything with us in mind-made sure it was stress-free in our part! Closing was even held remotely so we didnt have to go anywhere during the process! Highly recommend them if you are looking to sell a home on your timetable!

  Offered me $REMOVEDless than my realtor suggested we put it on the market for. Suggested listing price $230,000. Their offer REMOVEDless than that. Not sure what other people's experiences were like but mine was a complete waste of time. They pushed me to come in to look at my house the day I called, even though I wanted to wait a week or two, but I let them come anyway. They implied they could get back to me that day and then took several weeks to get back to me with an insulting offer. The entire time they repeatedly told me they wanted to make sure I would give them a good review because their reviews were important to them.... Tip, if BS is reading this.... If you focus on providing an honest, beneficial service, you will get that good review. Probably a one star service, but I'm giving I'm feeling generous. Also, when sending a person to assess the home, they should know something about the value of landscaping. It might have been winter, but the person clearly didn't know what they were looking at or the value of what I had done to improve the place. Oh, too add, to accept the offer they gave me would mean taking a loss of $28,000 on the price I paid to buy 5 years ago.... and if you only knew the upgrades we put into the place. It made no sense!
