Never order from here. Terrible quality and item received looked nothing like the advertised item. **************** was quick to respond after I received my wooden personalized frame but insisted the frame was made correctly even after I sent them a pic of the item showing them the words could barely be seen on the wood. I couldnt possibly gift this item. It would have been embarrassing. I ordered a similar item from Etsy.GiftsForYouNow.com Response

Be careful about ordering from this company. I have an order that I have not received and have yet to get a response from company. I paid for 3-4 day shipping and so far it is on 10 business days and no updates. I feel like this place may be a scam, because I have had no updates since 3/27. It is now 4/7. This order was a gift for a baby's first Easter. I paid extra for the in plant rush as well as the expedited shipping. This order says it was shipped on 3/27 and I have not heard anything since. If the order is not received by tomorrow I have absolutely no need for it and will be filing a claim. I will not pay for scams.GiftsForYouNow.com Response

With the Premium Ground shipping that was chosen it should have been delivered by 4/5. I have been waiting for my order for over a month. They left me a voice-mail stating they needed to verify my address to ship my items. I've called and emailed MULTUPLE TIMES and nobody responds. You can't get anyone to answer the phone. Is this a scam? Cause I'm ready to file fraud with my bank. It's sad cause I was really looking forward to my items. Product came damaged - pulls in fabric - your customer rep claim they are creases & to wash item. This company is not right!!! The only good thing about this company is the expedited shipping. Other than that, **** poor quality, packaging, and customer service. I ordered masks for my daughters graduation party and they were terrible. Faded out material and too small. When I asked if they could exchange them or stretch them out, they just gave me a short nasty comment saying no because they were made correctly as per the ordering. I don't know how these people sleep at night by taking people's money just to make a buck. Please do not use this company, you will be sorry :-(GiftsForYouNow.com Response

Product ordered was a Personalized Birthday Mint Tins, for my wife's 50 Birthday. The tin is nice, but the lettering is nearly unreadable because of the small font size. I have email the company for over a week, without success. The company line has been, we can send you a sticker that will be blown ** in size for $30, after I already spent $179. I have attempted to explain that the tin and fonts represented online, did not depict the actual product size, but have received no relief.GiftsForYouNow.com Response

Thank you for your comments. And i do see this is for our other store Beau-Coup. I have reviewed your order and I do see the exact dimensions of the item are provided in the description as well as a preview that was accepted of the item that includes the personalization that was chosen at the time of the order. As we have been in contact with you each inquiry, we had offered to create an adjustment of the label for the mint tins as you requested. I apologize but with the size of the tins and labels there is only so much space to work with and we have offered to produce new labels for you and offered to cover 1/2 the fee for this. I apologize you feel it is not big enough but our site does very clearly state all of the measurements and show all font limitations as during a conversation you said you agreed and did approve the design and personalization. I was excited to order a few things for my husband, but every time I would go to check out, it appears it goes through and then it doesnt. Its so annoying because I really liked what I ordered but have no idea why their pay system doesnt work. And no its not on my end!!! I tried different methods of payment and none worked. For a business to be established for so long and have these simple difficulties in todays technology is not worth the frustration. I finally decided to look up the business to see if it was a scam and sure enough thank goodness it was not. I keep looking at my credit cards to make sure Im not being charged for something that never went through. After reading some of the reviews, it was for the best and chose not to continue my frustration in something I thought would be nice.GiftsForYouNow.com Response
