    Buyer Be Ware: Kuvings customer return policy is only for 30 days with NO exceptions! I regret purchasing the Auto 10 Juicer prior to traveling in celebration of my retirement as a 34 year Educator. I'm seriously trying to live a healthy lifestyle to live my best healthy life as I age after educating young *********, I received it on September 10 and as a result of my extensive travel the box was not opened until November 17 and used twice. I immediately noticed the Auto 10 blade was not stainless steel and was quite surprised given the cost of this appliance. Now an upgrade is available, the Auto 10 Plus, with a stainless steel blade and larger ******. I asked Kuvings for an exception to their 30 day return policy and was told NO. They were not willing to work with me at all despite the fact that I've only used it twice. I will need to juice nuts and hard vegetables and I'm sure this cheap plastic blade on the model I have will soon make the juicer inoperable.I strongly suggest you purchase another brand given this company does not have their customer's best interest in mind over their business practices and policies. ??

    Kuvings has poor customer service and does not care about their consumers. I purchased a juicer for by husband using a Black Friday discount code. The item was back ordered and I received less than a week ago. My husband stated it was wrong item so I attempted to resolve with Kuvings. They were dismissive including management stating they cannot accommodate an exchange and that I must return and pay full price. They will not even consider giving me the same 30% off I got with an unopened juicer. They also need to be clear in their policy that exchanges are not allowed and they will not honor previous pricing for for any reason. None of that is currently on their site and is misleading to consumers as many big corporations try to do the right thing. They were quick to say no and also refused to escalate the matter higher as I requested.
