On May 15/2025 I purchased a Kuvings juicer and thought I had selected the silver color. I inquired of the company what color was purchased and they responded the black matte color. I asked if they could do an exchange for the silver because it was a special purchase and the silver color is what was desired . I informed Kuvings that the package was never opened. Kuvings responded that they do not do exchanges, that I could get a refund but would loose the significant discount I received during their Mothers Day special . I explained the importance of this purchase but they have continued to decline my request. for an exchange. I reviewed their policies and nothing was mentioned about not doing exchanges. If this is their policy it should have been clearly stated at their website. Your help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.Initial Complaint

Theres an ad that keeps appearing that Kivings has 20% off and they keep saying its an error and that they are going to advise their team about the issue its been 3 weeks and the 20% off still appears every day multiple times a day so it seems to me like false advertisingInitial Complaint

*********** for purchase was May of 2020. The amount was $449.99 but had a discount and the transaction I believe came out to $369.99. The nature of our dispute is a "warranty dispute". The company policy is a ten-year warranty on the motor. The motor for the "slow juicer C7000" model stopped working -- September of 2024. During that time, my wife and I called numerous times to resolve our issue, but the company representative did not send the e-mail that he said, he would. My wife called again, and the representative hung up on her. We would very much like the company to abide by their policy for the motor that no longer works. Thank you and God bless.Initial Complaint

Purchased on 9/25/24, Delivered on 9/27/24 Paid $667.80 The business committed to provide me with a juicer that automatically cuts and feeds ingredients into the juicer so you dont have to. Simply pre-load your ingredients, start the juicer, and go about your tasks while the AUTO10 handles the ******* also stated that The AUTO10 is equipped with a quiet 240W heavy-duty induction motor that can run continuously up to 45 minutes. Ideal for large batches and tough ingredients, it operates quietly. Also stated in their return policy, If you are not satisfied with your purchase of Kuvings product(s) from ****************************, you may be eligible to return the item(s) within 30 days (household) and 14 days (commercial) from receipt of shipment. The return process should be initiated by contacting us to receive a Return Authorization. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning products back to us.This juicer kept jamming especially when juicing celery even though I chopped them up, and the machine was not quite as stated, but rather noisy. The nature of the dispute is my request for them to email me a Return Authorization so I can call *** directly and have them pickup the juicer from my home. Their website will not allow me to do this, but they have it programmed to force me to select one of their drop-off locations and they automatically deduct $30 from my refund. Being 72 years old, I am not physically able to take this juicer to their drop off location, nor do I have a printer to print their label. *** home pickup will provide that for me, at my expense. Ordered a juicer in July, 2024. Sender requested return on 7/30. Producr was returned to Kuvings on 8/2 at 10:46 am. *** documented this. Product was never delivered to me. Disputed with *****************Kuvings sent them a copy of my order and a screen shot of my city from ****** maps as drlivery. Re-opened with ****, meanwhile calling Kuvings only to be lied to multiple times by Chis in customer support. Supposedly my refund was being processed by **** immediately. The transaction date was on 12/24/2023.The amount of the transaction was $818.05.Kuvings committed to provide a Whole Slow Juicer REVO830 and REVO830 Citrus Attachment.The nature of the dispute is that I refused the order upon delivery, and the shipping provider ***** agreed to return the order to the shipper on 1/2/2024.Kuvings has not tried to resolve the problem and refund me the entire $818.05. Despite my several attempts to contact their company and resolve the problem. We have been going back and forth on getting a juicer either repaired or replaced since April of this year. The company takes too long to reply. Has sent me 2 bad replacement units. I ordered a Kuvings Juicer on May 14 2024; from the start the blade was defective. After many attemps they finally sent me the new blade. At the same time the juicer is not working proberly. I have done everthing from cutting the vegtables to skinning them and the juice continue to clog the exit of where the pulp is suppose to exit. If I continue to leave the juicer on the motor sounds as if it will blow out. I asked the company to pay the cost of me sending this defective juiicer back since I am within 30 days of the return policy or send me a new juice. I do not feel I should cover the shipping cost of a DEFECTIVE JUICER. I am not sending it back just because I changed my mind. I am sending it back because it is DEFECTIVE. This company will not do either of these options. They refuse to send me a new one or pay the cost of returning it. This company thinks it is acceptable to send a DEFECTIVE product then wash their hands of it all. This juicer is clearing under warranty and i did not pay this kind of money to recieve a defective product. Order # ********* ************ ************************ Order a juicer , the juicer was missing parts and it didn't operate properly. It kept shutting down after being ran for more then 5 minutes at a time. I disassemble juicer and reassembled, juicer did same thing. Called kuvings told what the problem was, they advised I could send back and sent me a return label. Now they are charging me 30 dollars for a shipping fee. Why would I be responsible for a shipping fee for something that's defective. Called spoke to a manager name **** very accusatory said I had no proof their word against mine needs to be investigating. Very passive and no help at all. This should not be happening over 30 dollars. Poor customer service and poor quality product. Will be leaving a honest review on their site as well
