      Received email notification 'car was delivered' and I was at home waiting and there was no car. Asked about it and received no response. Had to find *******'s direct info and figure things out on my own. Initially I had email and phone contact with Guardian, but then there was no email response to my request for updates during the cross-country shipping or when due for delivery. Even though we had spoken about making a deposit and paying the rest upon delivery they tried to charge me everything up front and I had to push back. Eventually I went to the lot to find my car because it was not delivered to my home address and was just sitting there for days...frustrated by lack of communication and poor service..

      I would give this company negative stars if I could. I worked for them for a total of 3 months. It was sketchy from day one. They dont have an HR person. I was never given an orientation or proper training or even paperwork to fill out. I had to ask them after an entire week, for the paperwork for my direct deposit. They made sure to make me sign an NDA which they didnt even tell me what it was or what it meant just that I need to sign it. While there, I was treated poorly. I was Excluded from team meetings which made me feel uncomfortable. People went out of their way to make me feel unwelcome. Every night after work I shut down my computer and turned everything off.. when I would come in to the office in the mornings my desk always looked like someone was rifling through it.. all of my papers and stuff would be everywhere and my computers were on (this happened every day). I wasnt trained properly and was blamed for mistakes that either werent from me or that could have been avoided had I not gotten contradicting information from everyone in the office. I felt so uncomfortable in this office for weeks and didnt feel safe turning to anyone with my concerns because like I said.. no HR person. I finally snapped and talked to someone and told her I was concerned of even telling her how I felt because I feared losing my job or having it affect my day to day in office. She told me she was sorry that I got the short end of this stick and dumped everything onto me and reassured me things would be okay. Then the next day I went to log into my accounts and they had been deleted. I emailed the same girl I spoke to prior, three times to find out why or what was going on.. No response. They then shorted me 25 hours on my last paycheck.. I emailed them multiple times.. no response. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. There is definitely something sketchy happening there.

      Excellent service. Professional, courteous plus affordable. Pick up and delivery were both seamless. Everything occurred exactly as PK explained.

      Awesome People to work with. Clear and concise information. Most importantly the car was safe. Would like to work with them again.
