      I ship my car every year for a period of six months. Shipped car was damaged in transport to destination both in 2023 and 2024. Company paid for damages done in 2023, bill was $1550.00 and car was repaired. Company refuse to pay for damages done in 2024. Car was delivered damaged when it arrived in *******. I stated this to Company, told me it's noted. When I returned back to ** for repairs Company claimed they already paid. Dumb clerk ****** ****, was quoting bill from 2023! I explained what the confusion was. Told me they are not paying for new damages.

I never gave permission or authority to replace or repair the windshield. I have reached out to the transport company via email and have not received a response.       I hope this message finds you well. My name is ******, and I serve as the Escalation Manager, responding on behalf of ************************ in reference to complaint ID ********.

      Upon receiving the complaint, we took immediate action to address the concerns raised by the customer. I personally contacted ****** on 11/27 to discuss the matter in detail. It was brought to our attention that ****** had attempted to reach us once after the delivery of her vehicle, but unfortunately, we missed this communication due to a recent change in leadership within that department.

      ****** expressed her dissatisfaction with the delivery process, noting that the carrier had replaced her windshield during transport, resulting in a whistling sound when she drives. She sought clarification on why the windshield was replaced and requested a resolution to the issue. In collaboration with ******, we devised a comprehensive plan to address her concerns. I committed to contacting the carrier to inquire about the windshield replacement. Additionally, ****** agreed to take her vehicle to a local shop upon her return from her trip next week for an estimate on repairing the whistling sound. Guardian will cover the cost of the windshield repair, if necessary, and will handle payment arrangements with the carrier. Despite the carrier's limited cooperation, Guardian is dedicated to resolving the matter amicably.

      As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we assure you that we will no longer engage with this carrier in the future. We value our BBB Accreditation and understand the importance of maintaining a positive rating.
