on 09/12/2022 I placed an order with Pacas. As of today (11/04/22) I still have not recieved my order.I have contacted them numerous times. They have said they are sending. have even sent me a tracking number which continually tells me that they have not sent the package in. I have verified this. My package has never been sent. They have out and out lied multiple times and now refuse to even answer my emails.Business Response

I ordered two items in September 27, 2022 for $156.00 USD$. On October 5th, the order stated shipping label generated but no package received. Ive inquired several times over the last few weeks on the status of my order only to get an automated email response stating I will get an update. It is now November 2, 2022 and absolutely no response or delivery. I asked to cancel and give my back my money but got the same automated email. I placed an $88 order (#******)for socks with an offer of FREE expedited shipping (5-8 business days was specified) on 10/7/22. My bank account was debited $88 on 10/8/22. As of 10/26/22 I have not recieved my order and the order tracking on the website shows it has never gone further than order confirmed status. On 10/19/22 I recieved an email from Pacas saying they apologized for the delay with my order, that they were moving to a new warehouse and my order would ship very soon. On 10/25/22 I had enough of the waiting and sent an email expressing my dissatisfaction and asked for an immediate refund. The only response was an automated email confirmation. The problem here is they have my $$ and I have nothing. Typically you dont see a debit on your account for something you ordered online until the order has shipped. It is very suspicious that Pacas debited my account immediately. They dont give you a phone number to reach a PERSON you can discuss your order with, that is also suspicious. This company seems very shady.Business Response
