      I order socks on May 26 and still have not received them. I have emailed them 3 times and have not received a resolution.

      Placed an order for 12 pairs of M/L sized socks. That's $100 worth of socks, mind you. Received the order on or around 6/19/25. It included 3 pairs of S/M sized socks. I started emailing on 6/19 and have placed no less than 9 emails to this company requesting they fix their error with absolutely no contact whatsoever. I keep getting autobot responses asking me how their non-existent customer service is though! I even tried the number (there is absolutely no number provided on the website) that is provided here on the BBB and it says they're moving, we can't help you. I'm not sure I've ever come across such horrible customer service before, ever. I have spent an immense amount of time now just trying to contact this company to get them to fix an error THEY made! So incredibly frustrating.

      I placed an order # ****** for $59.13 for socks on **************************. The original order was lost in the mail and never arrived. It was white socks with green and plain white socks. Then the items I ordered were then out of stock so they sent something different (solid black & solid white socks). These were very small child sized socks that did not fit an adult size 7 foot. The are supposed to fit up to size 8 foot. I did an exchange (order # ******) for gray socks with pink on them. When the order was shipped the invoice was for the same small black child sized socks. I tried to return these socks for a full refund but now the only option is and exchange or a refund of $3.92 MINUS fees. The even emailed again asking if I want to exchange again. I emailed and said I want to return for a full refund minus the fees. I should not have to pay fees to refund because the cannot fulfil orders correctly. I just want the full amount back since they have sent me the wrong item twice now. I don't want to try again for a third time.

      Pacas provides improper care instructions. When you follow Pacas included care instructions and the product shrinks you cannot get a refund. Pacas told me after washing ruined the product that the product should dry cleaned, at no point before or during the sale was dry cleaning mentioned. I want a full refund for this product I cannot use.

      - On Dec 15 2024 I placed Order #****** with PACAS for a scarf and socks bundle. With shipping and tax the total was $78.77 -On Dec 22, 2024 I received an email from PACAS indicating that the scarf was sold out, however I could select either a refund or an alternative scarf. -On Dec 27, 2024 I responded to the email indicating that a wanted a replacement for the scarf and sent PACAS a screenshot of the alternative scarf. I received a generic response indicating that my request was received and assigned # ****** -I received no further communication. Therefore I sent another email on 01/04/25 and received another automated response assigning my "request # ****** -Again I received no further communication, so I began calling their customer service # ************, which as far as I am able to determine, is never answered.I placed calls to PACAS on 01/16/25, 01/17/25 (2x), 01/17/25, 01/22/25 and finally 03/25/25.Each call was answered by an automated response that states that they "cannot take calls at this time"

      I am writing to file a complaint against Pacas regarding repeated issues with incorrect products being sent to me. I ordered several items, and after multiple attempts, I still received the wrong product. Specifically, I ordered grey socks with an alpaca design, as advertised on their website, but I repeatedly received plain grey socks without the alpaca design. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, the company has not provided a satisfactory solution. I have requested either the correct product or a refund, but they have insisted I return the socks, even though I believe this situation constitutes false advertising. I am frustrated that the company continues to send the wrong items and is not taking appropriate responsibility for their error. Even though they admit the wrong picture was on the website and they feel this is not their concern to fix. This has now escalated to a final unresolved issue that has not been addressed, prompting me to contact the Better Business Bureau for assistance in resolving this matter.

      I ordered 3 pairs of socks from Pacas. They were supposed to be over the calf mens socks. I have purchased from Pacas before. In this case, one pair of socks were mismatched. One of way below the calf size and the other was over the calf. So that pair is basically useless. These socks arent cheap

      I have been trying to return an item for weeks trying to contact the company via email and instagram. They do not provide a phone number and no one calls back. I simply get a standard response of how to return for a credit less handling fee. Since the item can not be exchanged for a larger size this is an unfair business practice. I have purchased many other items in the same size and this style/item was significantly smaller. Picture attached shows the difference of L/XL item which is largest available. Reimbursement is being requested for $20.4 + $1.72 prorata share of taxes plus my shipping cost TBD ~ $ 5

      I placed an order during the winter holiday 2024 promotion. The promotion was "Spend X amount and receive a free scarf valued $80". I placed my order, weeks went by, and never received the order. After a month, In finally received the order WITHOUT the free scarf. I emailed the company several times, never got a response. I waited for the scarf to arrive, but it never did. I attempted to get a refund for the order, but their return fees are ridiculous, so I opted for a store credit. In my attempt to contact Pacas, I saw dozens of other reviews online complaining about this company habitually overselling items, not delivering items, delivering items late, or not giving refunds when they are due. Having to deal with this company further to use my store credit was probably a bad choice on my part. Their complete lack of response to customer inquiries and support tickets is unacceptable. And, not honoring their own promotions is also unacceptable.

      I ordered socks and this company sent only one sock. This company did not send me 80$ worth of my purchase and I have contacted the company OVER 30 times. They refuse to refund and are stealing my money
