Reached out to Driven Auto about a 2017 ***** Express 2500 Passenger Van. I spoke with ***** and then **** followed up with videos and pictures. He assured me the vehicle was great and the only issue was the tire pressure monitor sensor was bad in one tire and would be addressed before I got there. I drove 2 hours one way to buy the vehicle. Upon arrival, we noticed sereral cosmetic issues. We also found that none of the seatbelts in the bench seats were useable as they had swapped out the seats and they didnt work with what was in the van. **** had assured me the tires, specifically, were in great condition. After driving it and checking the tires, there was a major alignment issue and the tires were bald on the insides. We did not buy the van for obvious reasons. We were polite and explained our concerns and left. I did leave a ****** review expressing my dissatisfaction with the experience. The next morning, I recieved a text from ***** requesting I take down review. He then went as far to leave a fake 1 star review on my business page. Stay as far away from this place as you can!

December ******* I purchased a 2017 ****** Pathfinder under the assumption that the car didnt have any major issues. I had a previous car with another dealership and had major issues including engine problems so when I purchased the ****** I continuously asked if this car would last long and be reliable in which I was told yes and if anything came up Driven auto would fix the problem. Within a week of having the vehicle I had issues. The car would rattle and large white clouds would come out of the muffler when I would turn or accelerate too quickly. I brought it back and was given a loaner because they needed to outsource my vehicle for repairs and that it would cost Driven auto $3000. I was told this by the manager *****. A month later I was finally able to get my vehicle back and returned the loaner. Another week and a half goes by and AGAIN I was having issues with the car shaking and my check engine light was on. I brought it back and let them know my problems and was told it was a spark plug that needed to be changed. They fixed it and I was on my way. Another week or so goes by and the car starts shaking again. I brought it to my personal mechanic and was told the timing chain needed to be done. Thats about a $2000 cost. I bring it back to driven auto and magically my check engine light is gone and it wasnt my timing chain it was my oil. At this point Im frustrated and told them this is becoming an issue because I work and have 2 kids that I need to get back and forth and this vehicle is not reliable. Once my fiance said we felt like we were not being helped and we were going to write a bad review, ***** the manager gets upset and says then you will no longer get our help. Another manager comes out and says if something happens again we will fix it no problem just call us. So 2 weeks after the car completely goes out and Driven auto wants me to pay for it to be towed at to pay $2500 for them to fix. ****** quoted $20,000 for repairs smh.

Love my car and process was ok. Problem is when people say they can do things and they can not. I was supposed to get the electric car tax credit back, and they said they could do it. (i called dozen dealerships and **** did not or could not do the used tax credit). Even gave me a "We Owe" saying that I would get the tax credit when they received it. They never received it because they were not eligible to apply for it yet. So they wrote it in a way that they knew would let them get away with being a slimy used car dealer. Shady business practices.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE! Not only did I get poor customer service from the sales manager. The main issue was waiting 120 days to get my plate and registration. 30 days without proper plates. We had to call ourselves to get it worked out and get the vehicle registered. Every time we contact the dealership we got the run-a-round that they use a third party system and they have no control. I was told they needed my ID 3 different times due to the photo being blurry. To each time is was provided. Out of my nearly 30 years of driving and buying vehicles. This was by far my worst experience. And then to top of it off ******** tried to argue saying she did her job and they have notes. falsified notes because it was myself and my mother calling ,who by the way was able to resolve the issues within 1 week and I had to pay for my plate and registration a second time. OH AND THEY SOLD ME A USED TESLA CHARGER FOR $350 THAT DID NOT WORK. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. THIS DEALERSHIP IS THE EPITOME OF POOR SERVICE.

Dear Manager ******, I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude to you, Salesman ****** and Finance Specialist's **** for the exceptional assistance provided throughout the process of selling my old car and purchasing a new one with favorable financing. As a single mom, buying a car can be daunting, but thanks to your collective expertise, patience, and dedication, I felt safe and comfortable every step of the way. Your support made a world of difference, and I am truly grateful. Thank you all for going above and beyond to ensure a smooth and successful transaction. I greatly appreciate your efforts and look forward to continuing to do business with your dealership in the future.

This experience here is why people are weary of used little car dealers. Shady actions.I went in to test drive a 2017 ****** Armada platinum. It was nice truck. As we sat down to look at the numbers the sale went from 22k to 26k. I understand taxes, title, fees but then I looked further down and see *** Etching for almost 1k. Are you kidding me? I told ******* the manager I did not want this and to take it off. He told me it is mandatory and it has to be done on the vehicle. People, this is a Complete lie, this is not a mandatory thing, nor is it Mandatory from the state this is optional service that you can get. This is a scam they are trying to pull and furthermore when I looked at the carfax that they were so proudly displaying on how well kept the Armada was they must not have seen that the *** Etching was done at the dealership in ****** in July 2017 when the original owner bought the vehicle. How can you charge for something already done on the vehicle? Are you kidding me,! bunch of shady fraudsters. People do your research when buying from a used place like this. I do understand some people can't always go to a dealership and have to resort to these small time crooks but don't just roll over and get screwed. I did not! When I asked ******* why he was charging this when the carfax showed it was originally done by the dealership he then claimed he can't control what goes on the carfax. How weird that something so specific is reported to carfax but yet they claim to do it to the vehicle? I got up quickly and was out of there. Be very careful with used auto dealers especially these guys.
