      Paid $45 for a replacement key from Stack-On. They sent me the wrong key 3 times, then stopped responding to my requests. It's been 22 days since their lsst reply, I have sent 5 replies since them urging them to reply. I offered to mail back the keys, search for product codes, or do anything else. As requested, I sent them several videos and photos of the lock and the mechanism behind it (the safe was open when our previous key broke thankfully). They originally told me the only way to fix it was to replace the whole lock, so I removed it. I offered to mail them that lock so they could use it to identify the correct safe (at my cost) but they just informed me the parts team would identify the safe. Then they sent me one final (incorrect) lock and stopped responding.

      Stack-On Products Really want to give ZERO STARS but it wont let me!If youre reading this, DO NOT buy Stacked On! Their customer service is HORRIBLE! Opened a ticket on 2/12/25 because the handle broke off. Weve emailed, called, asked for return calls, and we are no closer to getting into our safe then we were almost 4 months ago. We had just bought a vehicle by owner, and the title is STILL in the safe. We have not been able to get the title in our name, get plates/ registration so, in other words, we have a vehicle in our driveway that we cant drive. I have called, explained, asked for the ticket to be escalated, etc. and NOTHING! Hate to post something like this but at our wits end!

      ordered 2 gun cabinets. Both arrived with all door hinge pins broken to the point of just rattling around in bottom the boxes (and 1 totally missing). Opened a case on their website. Took over a week to get an email back saying that I needed to open an account with their portal to see their response. I tried opening the account - which that you have to do is ridiculous in the first place - and on every computer and phone I tried to do it on the wesite says that it won't open an account without allowing cookies. I am not allowing them to load whatever tracking tht feel like just to get them to warranty their poor desing and packaging. I went back to their webite for a phone # to call instead and here at the end of December, the main customer service **** says that they are closed for the 4th of July holiday. Total fail

      My saga With Stack on Started in November. I needed a ***lacement key for my safe and after completing and notarizing the form they provided, I received an email with instructions to pay for the ***lacement key. I paid the $20.00 and waited for weeks without hearing anything. Then I received an email that they were closing my case. I called and spoke to a customer service *** that asked me to prove that i paid the $20.00. To not hold up the process anymore, I just paid for a second key. The *** then was able to find my first payment which was on Nov 13th. I notified them that I had a Holiday gift in the safe for my 10 year old daughter that I could not ***lace. To understand the timeline, this discussion took place on Dec 4th. I received an email a few days later that the keys would be shipped within 7 days. After 7 days and no key, I emailed support and was told that the key shipments were put on hold. Today is 12/19 and the latest i heard from support was that the keys would be sent out next week. So much for my daughters Christmas present. I do not believe that I will ever get this key. I never post reviews but I am beside myself at this point. Be careful when buying from Stack On. The customer service is really does not exist.

      Terrible company. Keys not included with safe. Try to get a hold of customer service. Can only fill out in line form. Week later send me a form to get notarized. Week later still no response.

      I've been trying for years and now again for weeks to get a set of Keys that never were apart of the purchase. Just like others here, I went through all their channels and notorized paper work and submitted it and even verified that they received it and they did. They stated I would receive a email or call in 2-3 days from the Key replacement division. NOTHING ! Then I receive a email stating that my " ticket ####has been closed" what the **** does that mean and I must reply to that email to reopen the ticket which I did....NOTHING ! I just went to ****************** since they Own Stack-On Safes which they emailed a reply stating they are looking into it and in should have contact shortly!!! ?? Unbelievable! I made the same mistake as others I shouldn't have purchased this Safe.!

      I echo ***** L's comment on 3/18. The absolute worst customer service! They do not:* Return tickets submitted for support * Reply to their "chat feature" * Pick-up the phone - I sat in queue for an hour plus...* Was offered and accepted a callback, they called me back but no one on the line This is all over a 3-week period with both myself and wife calling. It's unfortunate there isn't a negative star(s) you can give at this page! This company is the Titanic of its industry...

      I have a Total Defense safe and I have been trying to get my keypad to work for the past 4 months. Thank God I have a key. I finally got through one time just to be told I needed a battery with an expiration dated 2027. So I bought a newer battery dated 2028 and still nothing. Multiple calls and emails still no response. I wish I had checked the BBB first. I was warned that I should have bought a Liberty.

      This company has the absolute WORST customer service in this line of business. Ive been waiting on a replacement keypad for literally 4 months. I sent a follow up email and the customer service team stopped responding. I will never deal with this company or its products again.
