      My experience with Payroc started out like most merchant processors very eager to get me onboard and start processing transactions. Unfortunately, once real issues came up, the support disappeared.When I encountered a fraudulent chargeback, Payroc failed to provide basic communication. They did not update me on the status of the dispute, ignored multiple follow-up emails, and never notified me of the final outcome. After the chargeback was decided against me, they offered no guidance or assistance on what steps I could take next as a merchant.Its disappointing, because one representative I dealt with was consistently helpful, but thats where the support ended. As a whole, the company showed little interest in helping merchants when it actually matters. After being with Payroc for some time, this lack of transparency and support has pushed me to seek a more reliable, 2A-friendly processor elsewhere.

      Thank you for your review regarding the chargeback issues you experienced. A chargeback occurs when a cardholder disputes a transaction with their issuing bank due to concerns such as not receiving a product, being charged incorrectly, or not recognizing the charge. During the banks investigation, the disputed funds are temporarily withdrawn from you until the review is complete. After reviewing your account history, our Merchant Support team previously provided guidance on January 10, 2025, including how to dispute these charges with supporting documentation regarding the sale. You mentioned that you wanted to restrict chargebacks only to customers who purchase shipping insurance which is not something that is available. We apologize if you have continued to encounter difficulties since then, and our team remains available to assist you in any way we can.

      PayRoc provided excellent service for my small business. They were there when I needed help, and quick to assist with any issues. They had reasonable charges for the equipment and very competitive overall. I will definitely refer them to others.

      Been with them for many years...like over 20. No problem until you try to cancel. Bottom line, I have been trying to cancel my account for 3 months and there is always an excuse that something didn't get done right so they could not cancel and forget them being responsible to let you know. If they send you and email and you don't get it they don't check on it they just take another month out of your checking account. So wrong. And forget about getting a refund. Their answer is "We don't give refunds" so yeah out of luck. So we are out about $300. Buyer beware!

      We have been using payroc For a while and as long as nothing unusual happens it works Once something unusual happens, you're pretty much screwed. . Let me explain We wanted to simply switch our var sheet, AKA our underlying merchant provider. They took down one but didn't put up the other one. Basically leaving our company without the ability to do business They did not work on weekends So from Thursday through Monday our company is shut down. If this is okay with your business. I then you can.use payroc For everybody else, there is a web of confusion and nobody you can call Payroc is itransact is worldpay is a bunch of other companies all hiding What they do In a big web that feels very scammy

      Nightmare! For nearly a year now. 3 party system and fingers pointing to each other.. no help each and everytime I call for fixing broken equipment. Money taken out of account but not reimbursed. 3.99 percent to customer.. no ******** statement ts. No help. Hangups ,no follow-ups .I was with retriever for 15 years. Payroc bought them out and it is a disaster. Extremely disappointed with customer service. Signed contracts are useless. **** block you. No one stands up when you get ripped off. Sickening!

The *************************** always goes above and beyond to assist the merchant and myself to resolve every issue ever arisen.       Their fees are so remarkably low that salesmen from other processors just throw up their hands and give up. I regularly make a trip up and down the east coast, and when I'm hit up for a "credit card convenience charge" more than 2%, I recommend Payroc to the vendorand I've made dozens of recommendations so far.

      We have worked with the amazing father son team, **** and ****** ***** for nearly 6yrs now. We have grown, expanded and evolved our business a few times over the years and they have had a product, solution and suggestions for each part of our journey that have not only saved us money but also put increased profitability in our reach by having so many payment options for customers. I cannot recommend them enough and always carry their business cards to pass out to other small businesses. If you want a *** who not only believes in your business but also supports you in any way necessary, ask for **** or ****** *****! While on an equipment set up at our location, ****, witnessed our staff struggling to keep up with orders. With no hesitation he scrubbed his hands, threw on some gloves and got to work. I was shocked to walk in and see him in full swing making orders and doing way more than than he had to; just to see our business succeed.       We love how easy it is to use the credit/debit card processing software to take payments from our customers. The money is directly deposited into our account the very next day. The people who work in customer service are very friendly and ready to help you when you need them.
