    Great day to whom it may concern,I am a customer of American Home Shield. I contacted AHS approximately November 30, 2022 regarding my gas furnace which was inoperable. During this time and times after the weather was below 11 degrees on numerous of days. AHS sent a contractor to my resident December 1st of December 2,2022. The company was ******* Weather Heating Cooling phone number ************. The technician came out and stated that the control board was out and I needed a new furnace. I gave it a few days for someone to contact me regarding the matter. I called the company and numerous of times during this time and also I called AHS letting them no that no one was returning my called regarding the installation of my furnace. *** stated that they would call the company. They too had no responded so this went on back and forth with me calling AHS and the company. During this time I still have no heat with my family in the freezing cold spite of us using heating all over the home to keep warm. My last call to AHS the representative told. me I would have to pay for another service call of $100.00 which was waved after me explaining why should I be responsible for another $100.00 and that was not in my control of the company not returning numerous of calls. Now it is December 27,2022 another company was sent out J& S All Tech LLC. They stated the same issue of my furnace as the previous contractor. AHS stated that I need to pay $2,600 that was my portion before my furnace could be installed which has to be paid to the contractor. I did not have the money to pay them that what I told the technician during the visit . He stated that day that he could not order the furnace until my portion was paid and he was redundant regarding the payment before services could be rendered. He stated *** was not paying him in a not nice tone. I text and phone and spoke with the technician him February 16,2023 to ask him did he take credit cards he replied yes which I still did not have either. I was feeling uneasy by his aggressive tone of voice on this day. I later look them up to see what there reviews were and they were not good at all. First they was not accredited with the BBB and then some customers stated that they were liars. I immediately called AHS and told them I was not going to us this company because they was not accredited and why would they give me as a customer a company that was not accredited with the BBB. I was offered to get my own company and they would give me a cash out which I agreed upon. After numerous of calls again concerning now my cash speaking to serval reps saying no one submitted the cash out claim. Then finally I spoke another rep and they stated they put it in. I called back the same day to follow up and the rep said it was submitted. Now today I get a called from AHS stating that J&S stated they ordered the furnace December 28,2022 which was not the truth. I did not have the money or a credit card I was going to ask someone could I used their card to pay the company. The tech told me redundantly they would not order the furnace until payment was received by me $2,600. I am filing a complaint on both AHS and J&S. My granddaughter has asthma and we endure all the winter because I could not afford to pay but yet I was continuing paying AHS my monthly payments to keep my contract active. I did not have the money I just maxed out my credit cards to ***** my mother less than a year form my father passing. Money being stolen forged leaving the burial expensive to be paid. J &S is not a honest company and AHS did not honor the customer in no regards of the condition of the weather no accommodations. J&S LIED they did not order that he even texted me and Monday 2-2021 asking me did I canceled my order for them not to replace my furnace.I had to get another contractor which I am just now getting a new furnace.Please help I need my money back which has been used which was my mortgage money and being previously financially hardship. And to receive a phone call is not right Thanking you in advance

    My name is ************************* the owner of *****************************. A former A plus rated BBB member for Nearly 20 years Of the 33 years in business. I work with J&S all Tech. on a regular basis for over 10 years and recommend him to all my clients. He runs a very honest and trustworthy company. I never question his price or his bill. I know the quality of the work is always above and beyond and it's done to what needs to be done. Not necessarily what's on the contract, but to the right way even if he eats the cost himself it makes up for it on the next job. And very proud to have ******* as part of my subs and can always rely on him To Do the right thing always would recommend him to anyone. That's why I gave him 5 stars. Everyone has a problem with a client, Sometimes, however after ten years I can guarantee i've never had a problem and don't think I ever will. I recommend ******* to everyone.
