My name is ************************* the owner of *****************************. A former A plus rated BBB member for Nearly 20 years Of the 33 years in business. I work with J&S all Tech. on a regular basis for over 10 years and recommend him to all my clients. He runs a very honest and trustworthy company. I never question his price or his bill. I know the quality of the work is always above and beyond and it's done to what needs to be done. Not necessarily what's on the contract, but to the right way even if he eats the cost himself it makes up for it on the next job. And very proud to have ******* as part of my subs and can always rely on him To Do the right thing always would recommend him to anyone. That's why I gave him 5 stars. Everyone has a problem with a client, Sometimes, however after ten years I can guarantee i've never had a problem and don't think I ever will. I recommend ******* to everyone.

on 5/14 i was assigned j and s as a contractor by my home warranty company. he said i needed a new ac unit.my home warranty company sent him a new AC unit to install and he received it on 5/31.14 days later on 6/14 he sent a crane company to my place to price out the cost for a crane to place new ac on my roof and they say its going to cost $6000 on 6/14 find another company that can do it for less money and J and S agreed he was free to do the work on 6/21/22.on 6/20 j and s acts as if he cant do the job because he needs 5 days in advance notice. we talked about this before and i left voicemails about it. he now gets upset as if he didnt agree to this before hand. he said he didnt want to do the work anymore and hung up the phone and blocked my calls. in my experience with him he never answers his phone and didnt respond to text as he tells me he has a lot of customers.i was left stranded in 99 degree heat for months and this man just quit when we were one day away from fixing the issue. i already paid my fee for him to come out and they already sent him a new ac unit to install. and during this process he made it even harder by not communicating because the warranty company still has him listed as my contractor and cant take him off without getting the job completed. so i am left with no option to get my ac fixed after 3 months because he decided to be unprofessional.
