    I purchased a car on 9/11/2021.I purchased **************** @ $2629.Financed the purchases through Fifth Third Bank.11/11/2021 Contacted ****** to cancel the policy per their requirements. 11/17/2021 Received email confirmation from Zurich that the policy was cancelled effective 9/2021. Contacted Sterling Chevrolet on 4 occasions in the past few weeks. The first call I spoke with the finance manager and was told that he would look for the refund in their office and get back to me. He did not. I called again and left a message with a support staff person as he was out of the office. I then left a third message for him via voice mail. Never heard anything back. I emailed to the attention of the general manager via their website this morning and have not heard anything. Called again to the finance department today and left another voice mail message. I am still awaiting the refund for the already cancelled Zurich policy of $2,629.

    I wouldnt recommend this company for any service work. My vehicle has been to their shop twice for their technician to drive it to hear the noise that keeps coming from the rear end. First time, I was charged for them to run an eighth of a tank of gas out and also a fee. Yet, told it was some of my driving skills. Hmm, wonder why it didnt do it the first year of ME driving it??? Never did they hear the noise though. Second time, after being told by another shop that they did a ride along and heard the noise but not equipped to do the work. What work?? Got to find the cause first. Chevrolet had my vehicle for five days and drove another fourth of a tank of gas out of it and was told not to do any work unless they call me first to get the go. They charged $100 to tighten a bolt on the running board. First they thought the brakes. If they look at their computer screen to see we purchased the rotors through them not once but twice in the last 6 months to fix the first set that was a manufacture defective part. Real ridiculous to charge someone $100 when you didnt do anything to my vehicle. You charge me for hours of service. Really??? A bolt takes five hours?? This company was specifically told not to tear into anything without calling first with the issue and cost. Good thing we documented everything! They barely even drove the vehicle for having it sit in their parking lot for five days. Very poor way to conduct business.
