5 stars**** was mu service tech. He was knowledgeable and explained what he was doing step by step. It was no rush job. He took his time and was very thorough. 5 starsWe recently had to replace our aging furnace after it became a potential hazard for our home. Everyone we dealt with from ****** H, ******* S, *** D and their team was professional, helpful, and very knowledgable. Most importantly they were patient. Every member from One Hour Heating took the extra time to walk our family through each step and answer any questions so we could make an informed decision we were comfortable with. I didn't realize this until recently, but apparently they installed our previous furnace so we've been a member for over 17 years now with no issues.One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning #38
