5 starsWe have worked with One Hour Hearing and Air a few times over the last 5 years. We have had many AC issues since buying our home in 2020 and they have been reliable for our repair needs. Most recently we determined it was time to replace due to the age of our unit and additional costly issues. We met with Sully who was excellent at explaining what systems would work best for our home and our needs.He walked through all our options and explained all the different considerations. We didn't feel pressured in any regard, but the transparency provided by Sully made us comfortable enough to make a decision on the spot. We ended our meeting more knowledge and with a date booked for our replacement one week out. A completely painless process from start to finish. Sully is the man you want to work with when it's time for a, costly-stress inducing, HVAC upgrade. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.
