    Specifically told them not to put any add-on protections of any kind on the loan. Got home and had almost $5,000 of add ons. These are optional and not mandatory.

    January 2,2025 I purchased a vehicle from this business. As of today June 14,2025 my transmission is going out. I gave a check in the amount of $10,000. I was told the vehicle only had one owner and that everything had went through inspection and passed. The transmission has been slipping since February. Due to personal life circumstances, I was unable to drive the vehicle back to dealer. I called and complained and was told "oh well" there's nothing we can do about it and hung the phone up on me. Basically they are selling bad cars to vulnerable customers. I will not be doing business with this place again or sending referrals. And also an employee by the name of ***** said hi to the BBB. he thinks it's funny to have complaints filed against their business. Forgot to mention there's no air and my electric seats stopped working a week later.

    On May 8th I purchased a vehicle from Springfield auto mall, after about hour of having the car it shut down it start saying engine reduced and it shut off, I returned the car back to them and told them I wanted my money back or a different car he (*****) said he can’t do that he said he would fix the car waited about 2 weeks and he said my car was ready got the car drive it and it did the same thing took it back to the car lot I haven’t had the car a full 24 hours it’s been at the lot and they got paid for the car already I how the finance company money for a vehicle I don’t have possession of

    Purchased 2006 GTI for my son at Auto Mall on 04/25/2025. Less than 3 weeks later, on 05/11/2025, the engine caught fire leaving my son stranded on the interstate. The car had to be towed, and the mechanic said the entire engine needs to be replaced. I would like Auto Mall to take the car back and refund the money.

    I bought a truck from auto mall of springfield on 5/2/25 it was a 2015 gmc sierra 1500 i had 2 cars because i had to drive there to get the vehicle . My sister was driving the truck and said the check engine light came on. By this time the place was closed. I called them the next morning to let them know. They said they would fix it. I dropped it off on sunday 5/4/25 and they told me it would be done later in the week i got a text on tuesday 5/6/25 saying it was done. Which seemed pretty early since the sensor reading said it was the oil pump and you have to take half of the truck apart to get to that certain part. I went back to get the truck on 5/7/25 and took a sensor with me to make sure they fixed the truck. I drove down the street with it and plugged the sensor in it read “engine oil pressure control circuit performance/stuck off” at this point the engine light was off i took it back to the dealer to ask why it was reading that that code was stuck off **** said it was just because it was a code that was in there recently and urged me to leave and it was okay. I got on my way home 5 minutes from the dealer and the check engine turned on. I turned back around again and told them i didn’t want the truck. They told me i can’t return it but they would try to fix it again even though they don’t have to. He told me it would be fine since the truck only has 65,000 miles on it . ****** who i worked with originally wouldn’t answer the phone and ***** who was still there didn’t try to help out either. So now i don’t know what to do and am stuck with a 23,000 truck that has a check engine light on for a oil pump defect. Which is something that has to be fixed you cannot just drive a truck like that. I do not appreciate the unprofessional atmosphere or attitudes of the workers. They sold me a defected truck and don’t want to take it back nor fix it correctly and their reasoning is that they are a small mom and pop as of 5/8/25 the truck is on their lot waiting to be fixed

    Bought an extended warranty thru Springfield Auto Mall, totaled the vehicle that was covered, now am having trouble getting them to give me my refund. Can't get get anyone to answer the phone or call me back in the dept that is supposed to be handling this. The manager "*****" is very rude and doesn't want to help. It's been over a month, still nothing.

    I purchased a vehicle from Springfield auto mall about 3 days ago and the car lot / owners knowingly sold me a car with a leaking brake( car does not hold any brake fluid at all ) line which could have killed me or my son who rides with me and a bad alternator I was told I had a one year warranty or 12,000 mile warranty but the warranty is faulty no mechanical shop takes the warranty the vehicle is no longer running after only 3 days and the auto mall told me that it is my problem and not theirs also they were very rude and obnoxious I spent my hard earned money that I work for just for them to treat me any kind of way and not fix my vehicle.

    I purchased a truck for Auto Mall of Springfield and 3 days later the transmission went out I call them and they said they were going to come pick up the truck and fixed it for me not to worry about it they would take care of it and I call them every day going on week and they still haven't came pick the truck I believe they are trying to wait it out so they won't be responsible for fixing the truck

    On 12-23-2024, my fiance and I bought a 2005 GMC Sierra 3500 duramax truck. It had the codes cleared by the dealership and we had a scanner pull them back up. ***** *** sales guy said he would pay for us to have the issues fixed that the codes showed on the powertrain. So we bought the truck. 2 weeks after purchase the truck broke down and my fiance called ***** and he purchased and paid for an injector at our local ********** ***** *****. Since then we have had a truck that is not running and have had no communication back from *****, when we have called about the issues and things needed to be fixed, that he promised to pay for. On March 6, 2025, I finally got him on the phone and tried to get him to take back the truck and cancel the loan or trade out as a wash on another truck from them. And he said he couldn't do anything for us. So my next option is to contact an attorney and the attorney general and file a lawsuit about fraud and deception, because he knew what issues this truck had when he sold it. Also deceptive pricing, truck was listed online for $9995 and then our loan is for over $14,000. Said it was add on fees, when questioned about it. This truck needs a new motor and is now a $14,000 paperweight sitting the garage.

    I financed a vehicle (2008 GMC Yukon Denali) through this company and when I pulled out the lot it had radiator issues. I tried taking the car back and they said I was locked in to the deal and couldn’t return it. They put in a new radiator and I had to wait until the next day to get my car. I took my car through the car wash and the siding strip and side mirror came off in the wash. I again told the company I didn’t want the car and they said it wasn’t their issue. I paid $4,000 down and paid for a warranty.
