  I've been a resident for around 9 years now and so far this is a very nice community and I have very good neighbors; however, regardless of multiple changes in management, it is still very challenging to get a hold of someone in the ********************** I live in a rental home and each year when is time to renew the lease I go into full anxiety due to the lack of communication; I do understand most of the paperwork comes from the central office but still, it is very disappointing, especially when you maintain the property in optimal conditions and never late on my rent payments. I wish the company invest in a more communication channel that is more efficient for residents.

  Lakeshore will not answer calls. No needed repair has not been made for the last 3 years. I was renting this house when they acquired the property, my disable ramp was rotted and unsafe to use. After a year and a half of not fixing it, I was forced to fix it myself, and I did I was given a warning for unapproved repair by management. The front door was also rotted out and was never replaced. This door will not close. There is mold and ***** infestation due to this door. More

  I live in ************ in **. This is the WORST place I've ever lived in my entire life and it's solely because of management. I regret moving here more than anything I've ever done. We haven't had clean water in over a year, but management spends all their time in golf carts harassing everyone that lives here. They take tons of photos and nitpick about what kind of curtains you have, they refuse to identify themselves so you don't know if you're getting scoped out for a robbery. They know they don't have consequences and for treating us this way and it makes people uncomfortable to live in their own homes. One lady today refused to move her golf cart out of the road to let my car through and was smiling and enjoying the fact that I had to wait for her to move. She even FLIPPED ME OFF!!!! I'm sure on her power trip she'll trying to write us up for not enough grass or decorations in our windows since I reported her for that. This is the worst company with the worst people. Look at these reviews and never buy a house on their property!!!!

  ************** *************** ** This park has a scammer for a manager. There are her favorites. One "investor" has 4 homes. Another one has 2. He had 3 but sold one. These homes never get finished inside and they get sold. Park rules are that you can only own 1 ********** manager makes her own rules. This is the worst park manager. She is discriminatory against anyone but Spanish people. Who is getting kickbacks on these "investor" properties. I want to know.

  This place is a joke extremely poor management. In the 2 years living i green acres map in ****** **. Prior to moving in i explained i have a TRL. To transport my kayaks. I was given permission to keep it at the maintenance shed . Shortly afterwords i was told to remove TRL from the premises and it's not aloud on the property period. Now halfway through the construction rebuilding my place they decided to change garbage company with no bulk pickup. What do i do with all the construction debris. I have a waist management dumpster bag. That i was getting harassed over. Now i am getting threatening letters about eviction due to non payment of rent. ( They get their checks every month). Now i have emailed them. Have tried calling the main office i have tried texting. And can't even get a call back or a reply. We have a office but nobody works in it. Once a month someone homes down to gather the checks. On several occasions i have unsuccessfully put my check in the mail slot on the office door but the box is so full of mail your check don't go in

  I lived in Alden ******* estates for 22 years. Lakeshore management took over about 2 years ago. We are very pleased with them. They introduced themselves, are very pleasant, treat us with respect. The park is clean, quiet. Office staff is friendly. We have only good things to say about them.

  This is the worst company ever! Getting ahold of corporate is impossible. Ive written email after email, been cussed out by the property manager. And now they are upping the lot rent to 725 which will get you a pool thats always locked, water off atleast 2-3 times a month, maintenance men who dont care at all about ruining your flooring, and being yelled at constantly by management. I would give a ****** rating if I could.

  I live in rock springs, and our community has not had water for five days. It is impossible to reach the management office, and have actually been sitting and calling the office -from the parking lot- for the past 2 hours. They refuse to answer the door, phone, or return phone calls.

  Management from lake shore did not contact a Arborist to see if they are allowed to remove foliage and trees on the property up in front. Their arrogance of knowledge of the laws in Volusia County. We are in Enterprise, **. See we are not in the city ordnance of *******. We have other laws that ******* doesn't follow. We have to follow ******* and Enterprise not *******.They also want all of ** to buy pavers to put in our driveways and dig holes for our poles that hold our tarps. They want cement poured into the holes. Any building or digging in or around your property has to have a building permit. We rent these lots. We are not the owners of these lots.The Lake Shore people also had no knowledge of us being on Well water and septic tank. When a resident asked what can be done to keep our water flowing during blackouts, their response was to call the ***************'s electric company. Wow how dumb can one be.She should be either fired from her job or at least arrested for not going through the proper steps of removal of live trees and bushes.She said she did that because she couldn't see the entrance of our Park. Is she blind?

  Lakeshore management cant keep people because they have people who try to steal your money from ur bank account or they dont cash a money order and make you pay more the landlord at oak park terrace dose nothing shes letting people move in before houses are baught the one next to me is pending on the website but i have proof that she let them move in early because they are only in the house on weekends or after hours i have lived here 3 years now and in the past 3 years it has gotten worse ppl not following road instructions like one way only or stop or pull up to the mailbox correctly im not happy one bit if anyone owes anyone money its them 2 me i paid what i didnt need to just so me and my family can have a roof over our head
