"I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of response I've received from the Country Lakes sales REMOVEDI have attempted to get answers to my questions but have been consistently ignored. The only communication I seem to receive is when my HOA payment is past due."

"I've been a resident for around 9 years now and so far this is a very nice community and I have very good neighbors; however, regardless of multiple changes in management, it is still very challenging to get a hold of someone in the REMOVEDI live in a rental home and each year when is time to renew the lease I go into full anxiety due to the lack of communication; I do understand most of the paperwork comes from the central office but still, it is very disappointing, especially when you maintain the property in optimal conditions and never late on my rent payments. I wish the company invest in a more communication channel that is more efficient for residents."
