5 stars****** has been fantastic at managing our property. She keeps us apprised and always looks ahead to help us maintain our building. And she has always been there anytime a problem occurs. She is extremely easy to work with, always approachable, and quick to respond to any questions or ************ of Jackies greatest strengths is her ability to listen attentively to residents concerns. She ensures that everyones voice is heard and takes action to address issues promptly and efficiently. 3 starsOur property manager lacks integrity. He lied regarding the previous four years of snow removal contracts, encouraged our HOA to enter a snow removal contract that does not meet city ordinance, and is unwilling to admit his mistake.He also withheld information from our HOA regarding work I have already completed as to changes to a parking ordinance. He was encouraged to submit petitions to our ******** to meet a deadline and it was ignored. Our HOA has no knowledge of the work previously done to complete the ordinance change: City of Chicago Ordinance XXXXNS Management

The Board of Directors does not agree with your statements. They also want to note that this unit owner does not have any authority to speak on behalf of the *** and has made erroneous statements in his public message. 1 starUtterly Incompetent and Neglectful Management Company I cannot express how deeply disappointed and frustrated I am with the so-called "management" company overseeing our housing complex. This company is a perfect example of what happens when you pay for services and receive absolutely nothing in return. Their blatant disregard for their responsibilities and complete lack of professionalism are astonishing.First and foremost, trying to get in touch with them is like screaming into the void. They do not answer phone calls, and emails are met with a resounding silence. It's as if they've mastered the art of ghosting their own clients. This level of unresponsiveness is not just unprofessional; it's downright disrespectful.Their neglect extends far beyond poor communication. The property they are supposed to manage is in a state of disrepair. Common areas are filthy, landscaping is neglected, and maintenance issues go unresolved for months on end. Clearly, they have no interest in managing the propertythey're only interested in collecting their fees.They had ******* replace some cables three months ago, and the job is still not finished. Cables are supposed to be buried. Instead, they are still lying on the ground, posing a threat and exposing themselves to liabilities. Don't you think they care about it. ************************* the one responsible for our homes doesn't do anything and couldn't care less. Hiss boss *************************** the same. Birds of a featherSpeaking of fees, what exactly are we paying for? Certainly not for any actual management or upkeep. This company takes our money and gives nothing in return. It's a blatant rip-off and infuriating to see our hard-earned money go to waste.I strongly urge anyone considering this company for property management to look elsewhere. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that actually values its clients and takes pride in their work.NS Management

5 starsNS manages our 56 unit condominium association. They (****** is our property manager) have managed our association for three years during which time we have received exceptional service - thoughtful, prompt and thorough. We have benefitted from their experience with other associations - solving problems, improving our processes and helping more effectively communicate with owners. Feedback we have received from owners has been nothing but positive, thanking us for selecting NS. Prior to NS, we had two other management companies manage the property and the difference between them and NS is astonishing. We now know what we were missing.Review fromJohn W

I work regularly with ********************* as our property manager. **** is organized, knowledgeable regarding the issues affecting our association, and timely in gathering and distributing the document packets for our monthly meetings--all of this in addition to the work she does for other associations that she manages.
