5 starsWe recently discovered that a Wilke window (installed in 2019) was incorrectly installed, and leaking rainwater into my basement—argggggg. I paid $95 for a service visit, and that led to ***** ***** dedicating himself to fixing my window. He arranged for another installer to help us fix the problem, ***** applied additional silicone and foam TWICE to obvious leaking spots and came back to my house 4 times (including doing a FULL leak check to confirm we had NO water coming into the house). I appreciate this Navy Vet’s commitment to fixing my problem. Thx *****.

5 starsToday ****** and *** replaced windows in my walkout basement door and ensured the seals were secure and cleaned the new windows with windex even and cleaned up afterwards.
