  Be cautious using Ordo Moving - Pro Smart MoversBe cautious using Ordo Moving Pro Smart Movers. They were 18 business days delayed in delivering our belongings. They picked up our items April 18, 2025, using an unmarked white truck. We received our items July 21, 2025. They came in a Budget rental truck. There were two young men who were very attentive in bringing things in and worked hard. However, many of our boxes were crushed. One of our 55" TV was damaged beyond repair. Our $1800 mattress was strapped outside on the back of the truck doors. The mattress was soaked and had mud stains on it. To file a claim, the return would be 60 cents per pound. It's not based on the value of the item, only the weight.This is the first time I've ever written a review on a company that treated their customer so poorly. You're handling peoples possessions, please hire personnel who actually care about doing a good ******** of experience: July 21, 2025

  This company is horrible. Do NOT use them for your move! We moved across country: they took longer than they quoted to get the items to us. They were unresponsive on the phone; we had to call from numerous unknown numbers to them because they did not want to pick up our phone call. They made promises about dates and as the dates passed, they didn't answer our call. They damaged boxes. They damaged multiple items. They lost items. We lived out of a suitcase for over a month. The quote was much less than what we ended up having to pay (we paid triple what we expected to pay). We should have moved our items using our own moving truck, it would have been faster, cheaper, and we would not have broken and missing items. I cannot find this company on **** to leave a review and their website social media just redirects you to their website. They are a ************** company. I called about the missing box and they cannot do anything about it. We lost irreplaceable items. I don't know if anyone will see this review, but this business needs to go under and close. DO NOT use them if you care about your move. They do not deserve to be operating as a business.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I recently relocated to ******* with my family of six and entrusted this company with our cross-country move. I was told delivery would take no more than 14 business days. It has now been over 16 business days, and we still do not have our belongings. Not only has our shipment not arrived, but the lack of communication has been appalling.Since the truck picked up our things, we have received zero proactive updates. I've had to call them every 23 days, just trying to get basic information. Only then did I find out, after the fact, that the original driver fell through no notice, no apology, just silence unless I chased them ******* entire family has been living out of suitcases for weeks. Our beds, kitchen supplies, children's belongings all held hostage with no end in sight. This has had a serious impact on our daily lives and well-being.I understand delays happen. But what is completely unacceptable is the total disregard for customers once they have your money and your possessions. A professional company should communicate clearly and promptly, especially when theres a delay. Weve received none of that.If you value your time, peace of mind, or the basic expectation that a moving company should deliver your belongings within the timeframe they promised, look elsewhere. This company has caused immense stress to my family and has shown a disturbing level of unprofessionalism.
