    I reached out to Auto Shipping Group to have a vehicle transported from ************ to ***************** from *** was helpful and was eager to help from start to finish. The car was transported without a hitch and did not incur any damage along the way.

    Do NOT trust this company. They lie and will cheat you. They will give you a low quote then a few days later call you with a rate change because they cant find anybody to transport your cars. At the last moment after begging them to take us off the national database they refused till their 7 businesses days were complete. Well they did not deliver what they guaranteed and ruined our trust and faith in the vehicle shipping industry because everyone seems to be a broker and dont care at all. Do NOT go with this company! BBB should look into these companies who deceive people.

    We had done a road trip from ******* to ******** and decided to fly home and ship the car as the kids were maxed out of driving. We were amazed at the quick and efficient pick up (same day!) They dropped it off in ******* 2 days later. A lot of places gave us much larger windows like up to 10 days. It was hard to make a decision with such a large window as we needed our van and driving ourselves was still an option if the transport was too inconvenient. This place didn't make us commit until we knew and were happy with the transport times. We were very impressed with the service and glad we used this company and did the transport.

    This company was great on 3 prior ships from CA to **. Last order was CA to **, total lack of good communication, increased the price over contract, and point person changed from day to day. I would not use these folks again. Better to try someone else.

    I had an excellent experience with Mr. Kelvin Hernandez, who arranged the transport of my Vespa scooter from Naples, FL, to Georgia. He coordinated the pickup seamlessly, and the scooter arrived in just two days—much sooner than expected. The process was smooth from start to finish. I would not hesitate to use the Auto Shipping Group again and highly recommend their service.
