    We needed a very last minute transport from ** to ** and this was our 1st time engaging such services. I had called several transport companies of which only 2 were able to guarantee a specific date or pick up which is what we needed because we were flying to MN from ** to finalize the transaction and wanted the vehicle picked up on that day before we flew back the very evening. We decided to go with Auto Shipping Group because of ********, the ***** lady who helped me on the phone. She was accountable, understood what I needed, made it very easy to arrange , and consistently followed up via text which was convenient for me . She just made the whole process very seamless . I was very skeptical also because when I was calling other companies, one company told me that it would be difficult to have a guaranteed set pick up day on such last notice but I had already bought my husbands plane ticket so we though that we werent going to have the actual pick up on that day cause drivers usually have a 1-3 window. But ******** made it happen for us and everything worked out just perfect thanks to her. The driver was also very accommodating . He rearranged his pickup scheduled to come to us earlier because I had told him we had a flight flying out the very same evening he was coming to pick up the car and came a few hours earlier to accommodate our schedule and consistently updated us on his eta as well. Very happy 1st experience and would use ******** and this company without hesitation again! Thank you
