      Sent certified doctors letter for injuries to xsport fitness as I needed to cancel my membership and remaining personal training sessions for a refund. It has been about 3 weeks and have yet to get a response. They is no number for corporate or any other way to reach them other than the certified letter, also called and left my information on the customer service line multiple times but no response either. Membership and personal training sessions paid in full. Need a response in regards to refund.

      My wife Lauren ****** canceled her monthly membership to ******* Fitness located on ************************************ in *******, ** way back in June 2019 when we relocated from ******** back to *******. I also canceled my monthly membership as well.However, after reviewing my wife's credit card statements dating back to July 2019 I noticed that X-Sport Fitness has continued to charge her credit card the monthly membership of $34.95. The automated charges occur on the 9th of every month and they have never stopped even after she canceled her membership.My credit card company has blocked X-Sport Fitness from any additional charges and reimburse my credit card from May thru August 2022. However, I am requesting a full refund of $1048.50 from X-Sport Fitness for the past 30 months that they have charged my wife's credit card since July 2019. There have been no additional charges to my personal credit card after I canceled my X-Sport Fitness membership.Here is the membership information for my wife including our previous residence in ***************************** ****** ***************************************************************************** Sincerely,******* ****** ******************************************************************************

      We have received no call, no email,  no letter (certified or registered) or no in gym cancellation for this member.   

       This member's husband's (*****)  account was not cancelled but rather expired and he was not billed again. That membership expired on August 11, 2020.

      In an attempt to accommodate the member, if she would provide proof of relocation to ******* (the actual month of relocation), we will refund from that date, as a courtesy and pursuant to the Agreement.  

      We look forward to that information and will begin the refund process accordingly.  Pursuant to this BBB missive, said individual's membership has now been cancelled.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I have attached an official paystub from the ********, ** School District from August 2019 as required proof that Lauren ****** reolcated to ******* in July 2019. With this document, per the business's request, I expect an immediate refund of the erroneous charges made for the membership that she cancelled in person at the ******* Fitness location on ************************************ in *******, ** in June 2019.
