      This company has been purchased by fitness international also known as LA fitness. They crammed in so much equipment, causing hazardous conditions as you walk around the . So much so that walking is inhibited and causing people to get hurt not to mention a multitude of pieces of equipment are broken. No signs say the machines are broken, altering or not notifying people of equipment. Malfunctioning is gross negligence. They should be sued until next week. I filed acomplaint with the Kane county health department if they can’t keep the place clean zero chance they are maintaining water at safe levels for their patrons. I fell inside. The club tried to file a complaint or a claim and nobody would give me anything. They come across as a Jacqueline Lane type of organization and that is not good

      I bought personal training but my trainer never showed up to any of the sessions and they didnt allow me to cancel my membership.

      Just i went to today to ask for some help with my membership because i already called and they tell me that i have to go to the location, and i say the all information to them and the girl who was at custumer services She was yelling at me, insulting me for no reason and it's not the first time she does that to a client. My friends cancelled because of that reason.I don't know her name but she usually work today in the afternoon. She is really bat at customer services. I pay for my training a lot of money and was training to do the right things but she is so bad. She make me cry. Honesly I would like my money back and never comeback there.

      Club was acquired, no warning to the members. *** moved away and am no longer able to use my training sessions. Refused refund

      Ive been coming here for almost 10 years. *** never had a problem i love all the amenities however, the people they have working at the counters lack empathy and understanding. ********* is very disrespectful rude and ignorant. I came in for help on my app login and she completely dismissed me and ignored me for almost 10 minutes all while I was standing infront of her being quiet. She repeatedly kept telling me go home after I told her I couldnt go back because I live an hour away. I just needed a little bit of help. I caught her behavior on footage and she completely changed her demeanor when it came to others behind me. She continued to butt-in my conversation with the other associate when I tried getting help from him even thought I had asked her to stop talking to me. This is unacceptable coming from a big company I wish they trained their employees to be more helpful and understanding. Ive had wonderful conversations with other employees but her behavior and attitude needs to be addressed by a supervisor to prevent future issues. She couldnt have no idea whats going on with someone and shes just blatantly being rude. Please be better.

      I used to like xsport fitness a lot but not anymore Niles location is very stuck Always something is going on hydrobeds are always broken fitness equipments are more broken than working. Showers are dirty front stuff are always on their cell phones ******* usually not working At ****** location the swimming pool water is usually dirty in acuzzi mostly cold water and also very dirty/discussing.

      Poor service & dishonest people. I have been on hold for 1 hour until it was drop off. I only wanted to enroll membership with no training. And they still billed me for training. My trainer was *** here in **********.

      Signed up for a membership against my will at **********. Manager singed me up for a membership when I said I did not want one. Dishonest business
