      RUN! Do not walk, RUN away from this company!! Windows are junk,installation was terrible, customer service is trash. ********************** ordered in March and installed in May, that was a quick turn around however several windows were damaged and had to be reordered. Several times the new windows came in they were either not correct or they were again damaged. After several appointments we finally had all windows Dec 17th. Forward to Dec 22 we find that the new windows are draftier than the ones we replaced, windows are all frosted up and wind blows directly through them. Theres ice on my walls above and around my windows, in 15 years that's never happened so Ill assume something wasnt done properly upon installation.Speaking on installation the framing on almost every single window (had the entire house done, 12 windows) is pulling apart and the caulk is cracked and useless which is where some of the draft is coming from. Its so drafty in my house my furnace cant keep up, it is currently 61* in here. My husband contacted ***** and they're sending somebody out on Wed to look at it, however the email response he got to the pictures he sent into customer service make it sound like we should be thankful theyve been ordering new windows and sending someone out free of charge. WHAT?! DO NOT buy windows from this company! ZERO stars.

      I can not say enough good about Fedelco.From my first appoinment until my last window installed. Note: I am not an easy person to please. I was informed it is family owned and I believe that is reason for great service, workmanship, and price. Yes i did have one window that did not fit and less than 3 weeks later it was in. Big deal, when dealing with thousands of customers there's going to be a few mistakes. Its cold and snowy here in ********* any I am so grateful to have new windows in this old house.noticeing the energy savings as promised. NO I do not work for any company. I just calls it as I see it

      My family and I are very happy that the young man was kind and understanding with our needs and helping us stay in a budget. We received our doors earlier then expected and had them installed on 12/1/22. They look beautiful

      Very poor customer service after installation, have 4 windows out of 7 with issues and can not get a response, took the money and are not holding up to warranty promises!!!Buyer beware!!!!
