1 starCalled our business pretending to be Slice, claiming they needed to verify our email to correct an order. We suspected something was off and told them we would call Slice directly. Apparently they try to gain access to your ****** business account to reroute orders thru them. Verified with Slice it was not them calling. Scammers gonna scam.Beyondmenu.com

Additionally, we want to clarify that our team does not contact restaurants while pretending to be from another company, nor do we ask for access to your ****** Business Profile without owner's consent. 1 starOrdered Chinese food and did not receive all of my order. I called the restaurant and they insisted that they gave the driver 2 bags. I only received 1 bag. I call beyond menu to get it corrected. Their main response was for me to take refund. I told them no that I want my food. Then they said that they could have the restaurant remake the food but that I would have to go pick it up. I informed them that I couldn't pick it up that's why I ordered delivery. There was no attempt to contact the driver or get a new driver. This is not good business.Review fromChris W

1 starI placed an order through beyond menu at 5:24pm and was emailed with a delivery estimate of 5:54pm. By 7:24 a driver from door dash texted me saying I need to cancel my order because they couldn't pick up my order. By 7:32 I had found a ride to get to the restaurant to pick up my own food. I don't think I'll be using this application again. I have also had bad experiences with DoorDash previously. If beyond would hire their own drivers, it may be worth it. Until then, I'll say it's a bad option. Still a little mad about paying for a delivery fee when I had to make arrangements to pick up my food myself.Review fromAshleigh B

1 starI just used them for the first time today, A driver was not available, so they called and told me they'd refund the tip and delivery fee, but couldn't refund my food because the restaurant made it already. Beyond Menu should have paid for it since they are the ones who took an order for a service they couldn't provide. I had to pay for an **** to go get my food!! Rip off!!! 1 starIt’s all a scam!! I ordered dinner for my family from one of their sponsored restaurants and never got my order! I called the restaurant 1 hour after I placed it and was told they didn’t even begin cooking my order! I asked them to cancel the order and give me my $45 back and was told they can’t and will not do that. I then called Beyond Menu, the 3rd party payment processor, and was told they cannot issue me a refund or cancel my order either! I was told they have to contact the restaurant first and find out what happened, but it’s ultimately the restaurant discretion to issue a refund! I am appalled at the audacity and carelessness of how the situation was handled.Beyondmenu.com

Previous order: Order late. Called restaurant. Restaurant never received order from Beyond Menu. They went ahead and delivered it anyway.
