    The mower I bought from this company less than 2 years ago is defective. The handle keeps breaking off. They refuse to offer refund for mower or replace mower and instead have just sent new replacement parts. This is the second time the handle has broken off to new mower less than 2 years from purchase. At this point the bolts are so frozen I can not even remove them to attach a new handle. Now they want me to take it to a shop and get an estimate to replace. Would not recommend anything from this company at this time. Defective product engineering.

    Had issues with my lawnmower contacted them via email and phone calls. Great customer service greeting information great direction. My lawnmower was at a three when I called them after a few emails. A few phone calls went up to the max 10 almost like brand new.

    Bought a full boar wood splitter and both wedges ended up breaking, after talking with support they suggested it might be under warranty. After submitting the needed documents, they shipped out new wedges at no cost within 24 hours of emailing the documents. Quick, easy and no stings attached.

    I purchased a cement mixer from YardMax through Tractor Supply. It broke a drive pulley on the second mix and I was very unhappy. However, after contacting their customer service, I was taken care of in a prompt, courteous and professional manner. They sent me a new pulley and even followed up with emails and a phone call. It restored my faith in customer service which is sadly lacking in a lot of companies these days. After replacing the pulley, the mixer has worked fine. I would recommend YardMax based on their customer service. Great job guys!

    I contacted Yardmax customer service because of a product issue on a wood splitter that was brand new. They put me in touch with one of their customer service people, ***** *******, who communicated with me very quickly and very effectively. He took care of my immediate problem and went the extra mile to take care of a different problem that neither one of us even knew about regarding incorrect data on the warranty registration. The product I purchased is a 35 ton wood splitter and I am very pleased with the performance of that machine. I have split 18 truckloads of Red Elm, Hickory, and Ash, which I do every winter, and this machine wasn't even breathing hard. Between the excellent performance of this machine and the excellent help I got from *****, I am one thrilled customer and I will recommend this company to anyone who is looking for power equipment.     I had a problem with my mower after about twelve hours of use. The metal tubing that connects the lower handle to the deck actually broke in half I called to order a ***lacement and the customer service *** helped me find a new one and they ***laced it under warranty. I was not expecting that. I am extremely pleased and I was treated extremely well. Part shipped from IL within twenty-four hours. ***************.

    Purchased Yardmax 22" 201CC engine walk behind self propelled last summer with 2-yr warranty.First 10 months problem began when would not change speed beyond slowest. Contacted Illinois and their warranty procedure, we found, is to send customers the parts we GUESS are needed, and we customers are then expected to do all the detailed repairs, which is ********, after 3 contacts with Illinois which ships parts to me from *******, **, we are looking for a speed adjustment pulley assembly YG2760 so the self propelled mechanism will work. Off and on this mower has been in the shop 95% of the time since May, 2025, and I've had to pay a professional yard service to cut MY lawn, which really is irritating.We still get the parts needed that the repair shop requests from ********. There is no Yardmax repair authorized place anywhere near us in **********, **. Not being able to cut our own grass and paying someone else for the service has cost us more than $1,000 and climbing...If we are unable to get this machine to work, we will spend the bucks to get a new one, but only with a clear understanding of who fixes what and where!!!
