    I ordered slippers on 1/19/24 and have still not received them today 3/11/24. All I get is the same email reply. I should have read the reviews prior to placing my order. Previous reviews state the phone number doesn't work and in fact it does NOT!SCAM

    Id give them no stars if I could!! Placed an order well before Christmas on a pair of shoes as a Christmas gift. Many attempts to check on my order little to no response. Received the order way after Christmas and not at all what I ordered!! Do not do business with this site they are definitely scammers no doubt!!

    This company is a scam. I ordered a pair of slippers from them. It took nearly 6 weeks for them to arrive. They are obviously not the same as the ones pictured on the website. I contacted them about the problem. They first offered a 10% refund, then they offered a 20% refund, i told them i wanted a full refund and them to pay return shipping. They replied they don't pay return shipping. The website specifically says contact them and they will send a return shipping label. The return apparently has to be sent to ***** so shipping is not cheap. what a joke of a company and total scam artists. the slippers they sent could be bought on Temu for a quarter of the price. stay away from this place.

    I ordered a pair of hey dudes alabama color and they came in black and ******** flag..NOT WHAT I ORDERED..They will not respond to my emails or answer thier phone..and this was supposed to be Christmas present..I'm not getting a response these shoes were not cheap

    I ordered black & tan house slippers as a birthday gift for a friend. They arrived almost a month later. THEY WERE BLACK & GRAY, DID NOT HAVE A TAG ON THE SIDE AS DISPLAYED ON THE **** I ORDERED. THE ****** GOES STRAIGHT TO A BUSY SIGNAL. THEY OFFERED 10% OFF FOR THEIR MISTAKE!

    This company is a scam. I ordered maroon Hey Dude shoes. Over a month later I received grey dupes. Not Hey dudes at all. Luckily I paid with PayPal and was able to get a full refund. Do not get scammed by this company. Also, the customer service line is fake. It will either take you to a senior citizen benefits recorded line or a busy signal. **************** via email responds with an automated message until I filed a claim for refund with PayPal. Within hours of filing the claim I received an email telling me to reverse the claim.
